Very bad experience with them. - 2x downtime (first one with 4 hours offline, second one more then 24 hours) - Support is very slow (2 hours to get support + 1 hour to start solving) - They moved our VPS server to another HOST and system cached. Their solution re-install entire VPS server. They don't take any responsible.

I bought the service and transferred my files there. The system had a problem and some files were not uploaded (normal html files with little sice, nothing special). The support told me that there was nothing they could do to fix it, but they refused giving me the money back, even if the service was not working and I claimed the day after I bought it. Avoid this service!

Worst data center around. Since moving to them, have experienced significant downtime and outages out of our control. Terrible support backing their services. They really need to get their routing issues sorted out. Automated billing frequently has hiccups as well, causing servers to go offline because their billing system wouldn't bill cards. Their monitoring system also needs to be disabled, otherwise it will willy-nilly reboot your servers because it THINKS there was a fault. Most common issue with them is no-route to ip blocks they provided us. Would go for hours on end without resolution nor response from their team, then all of the sudden everything would start flowing again with no intervention from us. Want to get an idea of how reliable this datacenter is? Just go look at their incident board. It is LOADED with rookie mistakes and severe outages caused by easily avoidable issues. Seriously, look elsewhere for hosting, it's not worth the stress. Their 99.9% uptime promise falls back to more like 96.8%. Really wish I could go back a year and tell myself not to move our clients to these guys, because now we have significant work ahead to move servers out.

When I tried to sign up for a $3.49 VPS, they demanded four pieces of ID! Really? I've been building web sites since 1996 and I have NEVER, EVER had ANY hosting company ask for ID - even after processing my credit card. Stay away from these guys.

Worst company ever, really bad support, the only thing they do is redirect you to their online manuel, they block you from editing anything thinking you are the hack yourself. It just blows my mind how incompetent this company is. I've never had to face such a lack of professionalism in my entire career!

CONS: I always give priority to french society, but this one is terrible ! A quite obscur online selling interface with many technical details that are useless and not explained for the lambda people. A customer service impossible to join by phone and useless by mail : they did not even really read my response and send me three times the same answer with a "solution". I fix yself the technical problem that as nothing to do with the issue their "detect". They always point the customer as guilty of the troubles enncountered without triyng to help him !

PROS: Nothing really. This company offers services, but do not maintain the ITIL standards. Some people might say they are a handoff company, however their communication to customer is most peculiar.
CONS: Customer service is not existent. If you have a business relying on their services you can pay for a more "premium" support, and even than you are not certain of proper support. Of course you read the bad stories on the net, however seeing multiple rating sites having a very poor rating for OVH, judges by thousands of customers, it does conform the stories more and more. As being a customer myself with this company, I have had my fair share of easy to solve issues that seems to be very hard for this company. Needed to tell them what the issue was.
