PROS: This helps track the legal processes/stages of each of our clients. Through detailed tracking, it's easier to assign tasks to our other staff -- from legal assistance to billing.
CONS: It's not that user-friendly. Customizing the dashboard isn't simple, you have to take time to learn it. If you want it done faster, just contact their support team.
