PROS: I’ve used many CRM packages and I declare ActiveCampaign as the best among the lot. I started with Aweber, but it lacked simple segmenting and tagging. Then I moved to Infusionsoft, but its user interface was poor. After I started using ActiveCampaign, I knew it was the perfect app for me. The dashboard shows me all the important details at a glance when I log in. A great feature is the visual workflow for automations. The drag and drop email builder is easy to use. Another appealing factor is the software integrates smoothly with the other business systems I use and also with Zapier to offer more integrations.
CONS: There are a few minus points. One of them is they have placed the option to send a single broadcast under the Campaigns feature, but this is not a big issue. I also would like to see a few sample campaigns that have the automation sequence, conditions, and workflows mapped out. I understand how they function but a few samples would be most useful.

PROS: I rate ActiveCampaign as the best email marketing and CRM app in the market. It has boosted my business a lot. I simply set it and it brings in a lot of sales automatically. I’m thinking of upgrading my package and automating all my sales and business processes. PROS: I ADORE the automatic syncing of contact from my Gmail account to the Active Campaign one (meaning that I don’t have to add phones or emails on the phone manually). The dashboard is awesome, and everything is designed in a user-friendly tone. Finally, it amazes me how lists and tags can be used together. It made segmenting so simple! Do you know that I used to pay $300 per month for Infusionsoft and Otraport, and I still didn’t have that? I’m super glad that I listened to my friend’s advice to try active campaign! I hope you will listen to mine!
CONS: So far, I didn’t detect many flaws. My only problem is that I didn’t manage to try all of the functions, but I certainly got what I needed and what I paid for.

PROS: I like ActiveCampaign’ automation features, you can easily personalize your automations. The tool allows you to plan entire email funnel that are based on the actions from your subscribers. I’m amazed of its support team and they are always ready to helps and provide support when an issue arise. I easily switched from another email marketing service including all resources, walkthroughs and tips.
CONS: To be honest, I was afraid to switch to this system because I thought it would be diffucult to learn it but I was wrong and the transition was easy without any problem or concerns. I really enjoy using this tool.

PROS: The most impressive feature is the dynamic responses which make it seem like I’m actually writing the email and it is based on a recent specific action of the receiver. This makes the email more effective and personalized. Only a few solutions offer this feature and most of them are less intuitive and more expensive compared to ActiveCampaign.
CONS: The software can add a built-in full landing page builder, and if that is not possible, at least offer integration with other business apps to add this feature.

PROS: I can name two outstanding features: One is Tagging which makes it easy to segment your lists and transforms into you an effective marketer. Plus, you can count and pay a contact only once, even if they have a place on different lists. The second is the visual Campaign Creator feature which helps you to view your work flow.
CONS: My main grouse is the CRM feature is not available in the standard edition and costs a lot. The reporting feature could be improved to provide information on the contacts who visit our website and which pages they browse. This can give me a clear view of what’s happening.

PROS: ActiveCampaign is really useful because it offers CRM functions and automations besides email list mailing. Plus, the pricing packages are affordable. The vendor offers prompt and helpful customer support. We are a reseller and are using the service to manage client accounts. The learning curve is really short compared to other products.
CONS: There are no glaring deficiencies. I recommend you to join the webinars to learn more about the software and about features that may not be obvious right away.

PROS: ActiveCampaign is easy to use even for novices. The automation workflows are great as they allow you to easily manage multiple paths and execute a number of tasks. The marketing automation software is incredible and the pricing is very affordable. Plus, the vendor offers prompt and reliable customer support. The chat support tool is a big boon.
CONS: The only headache is the text editor which could be improved. It has a few formatting bugs and lacks automation for features like headings which have to be done manually. It is not a big drawback, but takes up some of my time.

PROS: ActiveCampaign is indispensable for an SME to perform marketing automation, and to compare his campaign’s results. Before I discovered it, I struggled with the complexity of MailChimp and the discomfort of Ontraport’s feature-load, and I can really appreciate the easiness I am working with now. I had doubts on the price (it seemed modest), but it turned out to be a better deal than the money you pay for it. The top feature of automations is definitely the visual drag-and-drop editor.
CONS: There is nothing to dislike about it, but as you know, nothing is perfect! There is space for some improvements, mostly while you’re still adapting to it. Let’s not rely on intuitiveness, for instance, and provide learners with some actual documents to cut the ‘know-how’ process. I also mind that there is no separate tab for emails, and the function is integrated in automation and campaign. I would prefer a clean e-mail list for each campaign or automation I create.

PROS: Compared to other tools this one is extremely easy to learn and it takes short period of time to understand the options. But I really like its customer service especially its representative Rick Birenbaum he guided me through all the onboarding steps, he is open to ideas and suggestions and he helps me to achieve my goals.
CONS: It would be great if they could allow us to upload a list of “non” opted-in contact list, I have lot of lists I want to reach out to and I really need an option to opt-in them and to add them to my new list.

PROS: The outstanding feature it is easy to create automations. They help me clearly see the email flow and understand how my messages are delivered to my clients. The clincher for me was the initial phone conversation I had with a customer support agent who clarified my doubts and explained the various features to me. This made me like the vendor and I decided it was the perfect email marketing solution for my needs.
CONS: The only glitch is I have to manually log in each time because the login page doesn’t remember my user details. But, this could be because of the browser I use.

PROS: I like that it covers all the bases: email, web chat, landing pages, forms, campaigns, deal management. The interface is nice and clean. Not cluttered like some other applications. The setup and administration is fairly straightforward. The VERY best thing is that EVERY person I've talked to or chatted with has been A+. Super helpful, above and beyond the call of duty. I'm super impressed with the people.
CONS: The deals management functionality needs some work, but I love the simplicity. I want to configure it more than I can today.

PROS: We’ve tried out many email marketing solutions and we rate ActiveCampaign as the best in the market. Highlight features are automation and segmentation. The software offers great value – our package includes contact management and automations. The tool is robust as it gives you the ability to track users across segmented forms, different platforms, and website behavior. The vendor has improved the design significantly and the new marketplace will make the community stronger.
CONS: The only relatively negative aspect is the steep learning curve. Novices in email marketing will find it hard to use the app. But it is worth it to invest your time to learn to use the system effectively. The customer support is helpful and aided us properly to integrate the app with other business systems.

PROS: This tool offers easy and clearly defined alternatives to perform your next action. The important thing within the tool is the automation. This tool even provides great email packages and an autoresponder that help you with your sales and marketing. I like that I have clear ideas of my next actions and how it provides with tools to complete the arc for me in customer relations, marketing and sales activities. Also, I simply love its templates and ability to include my own.

PROS: I’m using 10 years email marketing solutions and I’m happy that I have finally found something that is worth every penny. For $17-lite plan I get more email routing functions and everyone in my team moved to AC. What I like most that the functionality is available to everyone and you can clearlt see that their support and developer team is passionate about the product. I can easily set up campaigns and to increase the mailing list for more than 47%.
CONS: They could update the layout and color schemes but this doesn’t affect my experience with the product.

PROS: The most impressive feature is automations. You can accomplish almost everything with this feature and it helps me improve my interactions with my subscribers. For its low price, ActiveCampaign offers incredible value. The customer support is high quality and the agents resolve all your issues quickly. The highlight of the customer support is you can have a personal phone call with an agent who will explain to you how the software works.

PROS: I left no stone unturned to make my business work, which is how I came across ActiveCampaign. I was immediately sold on its automatic sequences, solid autopilot, and reliable contact management. The truth is that it opens endless business possibilities, and it enables you to become a technology pro even without an appropriate training. That’s how easy it is!

PROS: This software is marvelous! An experienced podcaster was very passionate about it, but I still had my doubts. It turns out that he was absolutely right. I started my podcast just recently, but I developed enthusiasm in no time. Subscribers benefited with a professional interaction, and I am happy to provide it because of the set of powerful tools I have on disposal. I have to mention its amazing tracking/analytics, being able to observe my subscribers’ behavior at any point of time. Launching projects on dot looks fairly exiting, and I can’t wait to share one with my followers!
CONS: For real, there is nothing to criticize about it. Some colleagues mind the complex learning process, but I believe that everything good takes time to be done. Besides, you have a responsible support crew to guide you and to answer questions. See, I’m a bit nosey with technology, which doesn’t mean you have to hang on the phone for hours as I’m doing. As a matter of fact, they were so accurate that I already feel as an Active Campaign expert. Yes, Active Campaign is the place to be!

PROS: I've used similar software before (Ontraport, Mailchimp, Infusionsoft, and Vertical Response), but I’ve never seen a platform that solid and simple to use. Active Campaign is beyond any competition. It is so good that its competitors should really learn from it! With Active Campaign you’ll never have to deal with skipped actions or missed triggers, which happen quite often with more complex software (Infusionsoft, for instance). That’s why I assure you that you won’t be disappointed. Support keeps up with the standard too. I am amazed by their responsiveness, readiness, and the never-changing positive attitude. Therefore, help won’t be an issue. Visual reporting is also a plus-it takes just to glance on an automation email to understand whether its performance is going to be effective or not. How many platforms can do that?
CONS: I might sound like a grumpy old guy, but I am not a fan of this modern contact jazz. I like to sort contacts the usual way, with combination tags and custom fields.

PROS: I went a long way to discover Active Campaign, and I had no second thought when I saw the price. Having seen the ever-growing list of powerful features and automations, I would have paid the double back then! I use the interface to launch many campaigns, but it always seems like there are new, even more powerful features to discover. The effectiveness of the CRM is admirable, and so are the integrations. Active Campaign is easily integrated with shopping carts (my woocommerce, for instance). Now that I have all buying information on my AC account, I tag and rank buyers very easily, and I share information about their purchase almost automatically. Who said money doesn’t buy happiness? On top of all, customer support is 100% reliable. Always accurate and always on time!
CONS: I am concerned that the email designers didn’t resist the urge to create an eye-candy. I wouldn’t sacrifice that much speed for aesthetics, and I really think it damages the UI. Once again- the UI is LOVEABLE, but can be slow at times. And there should be a simpler way to do some editing of automated emails.

PROS: ActiveCampaign is perfect tool for running successful email campaigns. You can easily set up own email templates and you can send newsletters or automated emails or everything you want because this software allows you to do everything that comes in your mind when it comes to email marketing campaigns. In my experience the automations provides opportunity to track the look of your sales funnel, and you can overview on where each prospect is in that funnel. The other good thing is that you can never be stuck because you can always fund suggestions and step-by-step guides within the training section within the product.
CONS: It can be bit daunting at the beginning when you see the dashboard, but there is no need to worry because everything is easy to set up and the tool is easy to use.

PROS: ActiveCampaign has great user interface that makes all the things much easier and smooth. I like how it links upn with other tools and it is great for launching successful membership sites. Because of the strong integration with ThriveCart and ActiveMember 360 makes everything easy and perfect. The automation and tagging ability that come with this tool allow me to keep track of contacts and to automate the communication.
CONS: The shortest time we can choose is 5 minutes and what we need to choose 1min waiting. This is minor thing that I believe they could add this option there is nothing to dislike about it.
