PROS: I really like the new version of Acrobat, the team behind it has implemented lot of Utilities that allows us to make any kind of modifications in one place instead of switching from one program to other.
CONS: I don’t like that the list window pops up when I open or close PDF. I’d like to OCR only when I ask for it. Also, they could add ability to outline all fonts for easy export.

PROS: I like that I can control tge security on docs and to secure my texts from copying . It offers lot of security options and it provides control of PDF outputs. We can control how docs are opened for e.g. with bookmarks or not. There is even an option to embed other docs into PDF so we can reduce time of searching around in order to find some things.
CONS: The screenshots of Adobe Acrobat can be unreadable in a PDF. They can make this even more simple and I have found this kind of issues in other Adobe products.

PROS: I really enjoy utilizing the latest tab functionality. It gave me the flexibility to toggle between docs without the need to open several instances. I'm also enjoying basic Acrobat Reader basic functionality. That includes being able to highlight and make annotations on texts as I want.
CONS: I don't like being pushed to utilzing storage systems based on the cloud. It would appear as if Adobe jumped in the cloud bandwagon. This is something my industry isn't set to handle nor openly accept at this point in time.

PROS: It's simple to utilize. I get to do things a lot quickly. Anone can literally use it without any problems! I can print and any doc and store in my PC for future use. I like being able to utilize it in a majority of smart devices, laptop, and PC wherever I go.
CONS: I was hoping I could do way more with it. Its full version is uber pricey and has a bunch of stuff that I rarely use. It'd be nice to utilize it in such a manner where fields can be filled in. It saves you in having to print. It also prevents you from e-mailing back and forth with the user.

PROS: Adobe Reader is considered a premium standard for today's PDF readers. It seamlessly handles PDFs with zero problems. Its viewing options highly intuitive and simple to utilize. The UI is easy and squeaky clean. The app operates in a snap --- even when running an older computer.
CONS: I'm really not a big fan of having to possess Adobe Acrobat DC just so PDFs can be edited and read. I do suppose it's one clever way for Adobe to make money off its users. At times, they could make it more clearer in terms of certain features intended for Acrobat DC.

PROS: It's simple to use. What's more, it's free. Its functionality is basic, but very helpful in a number of ways. It contains a tool for highlighting, options for multi-page viewing, and the ability for signing docs electronically. You also have the ability to save and look into fillable forms.
CONS: Its functionality is as barebones as they come. I'm annoyed with the Reader not capable of exporting docs in other formats. I really miss that old functionality from Acrobat. Aside from that, I can do without.

PROS: The thing I favor with Adobe Reader is the ability to make view line sheets as an employee in the fashion showroom. I can do this quickly. What's more, I do with this without much difficulty. I like how can send out all docs to the cloud. Or it can link to my e-mail for sending docs without having to open another program in order to do so.
CONS: The negative thing with Adobe Reader is that it easily eats my PC hard drive space. It tends to crash my PC whenever I open multiple files at the same time. Aside from that, there's not much other problems with the program. The edit functionality could use some improvement.

PROS: I have to say that the team behind Acrobat has improved all their tools, starting from editing, sign and fill. All the features are easy to use but I personally like its Live editing feature. I can open file into Acrobat and make some changes and I don’t have to open the file again in Illustrator and save it over again. It saves lot of time.
CONS: They could improve the automatic form preparation.

PROS: We use Adobe Acrobat in our company to share multipage documents, we can edit them and work on same documents simultaneously. We use it to share documents with our clients. Font is stable and the information within the document is secure and we don’t have to worry that it might get lost in emailing process. I like the Print feature because it compresses files and it makes in a better size that are suitable for emailing.
CONS: I’m using Adobe Acrobat for years but new changes make me bit confusing but once you learn the commands you can see all features in one location.

PROS: Adobe Reader is an excellent PDF viewer since it's a portable software. A single file can be utilized across devices. This can be done whether it's a Windows-based or Mac OSX smart device. PDF is a great all-around viewer that does't seem to lag or crash. The best thing about it is that it's free so doubting Adobe Reader never crossed my mind.
CONS: There's nothing to complain about since the software isn't a paid version. The one thing I'd like to comment is how jumping from Adobe Reader to Adobe Acrobat appears to be more of a leap. You'll need to pay for a creative cloud. If you inted to utilize another Adobe software, you'll find out that it's a lot more cost effective possesing an up-to-date software.

PROS: Any document being scanned will automatically be a PDF. Once they're all there, I can easily have the documents signed then send them over with a mouse click. We deal with these situations on a daily basis. Having the ability to sign things digitally made my workload a lot more manageable. We're also working with Foundation, and the docs there end up being saved as PDFs, so it's easier to customize and sign them off.
CONS: I hope I'm able to manipulate more data than I what I planned originally. Having the ability switch dates, amounts, or even a bit of wording makes it less of a pain. I'd appreciate it if PDF can be converted into a Word doc without added pay. Right now, I have to send off any PDF file to a third party software/service to get the conversion done. It's a pain.

PROS: My favorite functionality with Adobe Acrobat Reader are its initializing and signature features. Often times, I get to save a Word document or Excel file in the form of PDF, just so I can utilize its sign and fill-in functionality. I'm into forms that are legible and clean. Adobe gives me the ability to do just that. I also like taking snapshots of certain doc sections.
CONS: My only frustration is that it lacks the ability to convert a PDF to a JPEG/PING in the free version. The upgraded version is capable of doing this.

PROS: It gave me am unedited-capable document version. It gets to keep the doc in order so margins won't be changed from every page in what would appear to be the original doc. I like how it can be searchable. And it's not all about texts found in the page.
CONS: I hate going through difficult experiences whenver I use any Apple product. I can now understand the reason for the issue. But I feel this has gone long enough. Although changes are already being seen.
