CONS: I would say the only thing that could work better is when entering items in an assembly build that they have to be selected from a list instead of just directly entered. The same can be said for the universal search function.

PROS: From the very beginning every team member from agiliron has been very good and informative. We were trained so well with the software that any average user can also take maximum advantage of the software. The fact that the whole system is on the cloud makes is a very big advantage to me, I can access the system from anywhere and make invoices on the go. I can easily add/remove a product, edit price of a product, create purchase orders, send emails to vendors, customers from my ipad or phone too. The engineering team works hard to get updates to the software and help fix any bugs too. They have a Business Intelligence reporting section that helps me slice and dice my data any way I want and general informative reports for building the business or regulatory government reporting.
CONS: Sometime there are bugs here and there, I report that and they are resolved within a few hours.

PROS: When you are using multiple channels, it can be cumbersome to have to manage inventory count, selling price, shipping information, and even descriptions in each channel. Agiliron allows you to manage all of this in one place. And the sync to the channels is perhaps the fastest I have seen. Many times the changes have happened by the time that the window of the webpage is even opened.
CONS: We have some products fall into multiple product types. It would be helpful if our products could fall into more than one type of product group.

PROS: Agiliron is simple to use and easy to customize for our needs. The B2B features are awesome and allow straight through order processing. The website templates and ability to alter is also nice to have. Agiliron also links directly to quickbooks and allows us to streamline our accounting processes. It also links to shipstation for easy shipping.
CONS: We had issues with reports generating, but those have all been worked out with customer service. When we first implemented the system, we encountered some bugs and worked with AI to improve. Their customer support has always been great.

PROS: I set out looking for a company that could get a website up and running for us. Agiliron was able to do this.
CONS: I know that we did not pick the top tier option. But the option we went with has some limitations. Both within the backside of the system as well as the website.
