PROS: AgoraPulse did a solid job in streamlining my community management. It's a huge help with the brands that I'm dealing with. Posting is simpler now. I no longer have to worry about link previews not showcasing itself like I had with other CMSs.

CONS: It'd be nice if there was some kind of content streaming. That way, I can easily repost or do a retweet from the dashboard itself.

PROS: Agora has the edge of having unique and robust features. For one, the unified inbox where you can access and take action on messages from all your social media accounts is remarkable and not available to socmed solutions I've used before. Keyword listening also helps me do my tasks better, regardless of my disabilities.

CONS: I had encountered problems with my content posting. Agora would trim some parts of my text but it's not a deal breaker for me since this only happened twice or thrice but I hope it never happens again. Then it would also be great to have a daily calendar viewer.

PROS: My favorites with Agora are being able to publish in bulk and for several times; republishing content in all accounts; the queue categories and scheduling options; and a unified inbox.

CONS: I suggest Agora add an option to resize photos depending on the platform it will be posted on. I also hope it allows same-day, multiple publications of a single post.

PROS: One of the most positive things about Agora is its user-friendly interface. I had no difficulties nor was I required to make time to learn the app, which in my experience, was usually the case. Everything is intuitive. The benefits I'm gradually realizing from using this software only motivates me to explore further what it can still offer. In addition, the quality of service provided by its technical and customer support representatives is top-of-the-class. In all, I have used many other social media platforms but they are from being on a par with Agora.

CONS: I wish it could also add advertising into one of its functions and purposes.

PROS: My favorites with Agora are its keyword listening for Twitter, hashtag monitoring on Instagram, and mentions tracker for Facebook. These help me get a wider perspective of what others think about our brand. Then I love that I can label everything I read as OK, as in read, action done or no need for action, then label as well those I must respond to. The insight analytics has also been useful in making our presence in social media be felt and our company, more loved.

CONS: As there had been instances that our response did not reach our customers on Instagram, I'm beginning to think its integration with Instagram is broken. If this is not fixed, this may be a problem in the long run as most of our activities are on Insta.

PROS: I easily got attached to Agora first because of its user-friendly interface. Everything in it is intuitive and likens everyday apps we use so even beginners won't have a hard time. PROS: Agora Pulse has great combination of tools, apps, analytics and wonderful price. It allows me to track everything and it provides me with valuable analytics. The other thing I like most about Agora is the fact that they constantly work on their software so they can improve our overall experience. It provides great reporting, Chrome extension and re-queue option.

CONS: It would be great if they could include auto-populate UTM tracking, and re-queue-ing for other social media and the ability to tag outgoing messages as well.

PROS: I especially like its reporting feature because they provide us with valuable information. I like that our clients are satisfied with the detailed within the reports. The reports are easy to read, detailed and provide accurate data. Our clients look forward to use their own campaigns and to see the results from them.

CONS: There is not much to dislike about this tool, the features are wonderful and I like the ability to post multiple picture in one post the team behind this tool keeps us updated all the time and they always respond to our requests. The UI can be cumbersome from time to time but it doesn’t affect our work.

PROS: It's simple to use. AgoraPulse's robustness is what makes this an attractive tool from the start. Its auto upload tool and queue system are both time savers. We're constantly monitoring the engagement of our clients in an effective manner.

CONS: If we see things we've misssed out on from our previous scheduling platform, then we reach out to AgoraPulse. For the most part, they do their best to offer a solution. I can't flat out say that there a number of things that I hate. PROS: AgoraPulse is affordable solution that offers great social tools. It is highly economic solution. Its UI is easy to use, it allows you to schedule posts, assign and manage comments and messages, and you are even able to keep track of the keywords as well. This tool offers everything you need and it meets all your needs. It is great solution for keeping on top of the social accounts.

CONS: I don’t have much to dislike about this software, these are the things that need some improvements in order to make the performance seamless. The schedule feature can be clunky. Also, they could allow drag and drop posts to various dates. In addition, I’d like to post multiple images and unscheduled or to reschedule posts instead of delete them.

PROS: I tried many other social media management tools and I have find AgoraPulse that meets all my needs and requirements. It is easy to set up and it allows us to do almost everything starting from adding photos, tagging others, adjusting post for multiple networks, to keep track of the scheduled posts and to track things that are already posted by channel.

CONS: I wish they could include social media groups like Linkedln and Facebook groups into management feature.

PROS: I personally like the inbox feature, it allows us to keep track of all comments and replies without spending too much time in searching the platform. We can respond back and review the posts. Also, I like the calendar feature as well, and we are able to schedule posts in advance and to out everything into place. We are able to review a thumbnail of every post and to setup our workflow and preferences for graphic needs. I like the in-depth analytics and the ability to export them into a format.

CONS: I wish they could include YouTube and Snapchat accounts, but I believe they work on these media. They could also make the trial bit longer so we can experience the app better before purchasing it.

PROS: It's easy to set up the scheduling, publishing, and managing of posts from varying social platfoms. Like other SMMs in the market, expect a learning curve. Fortunately, they're able to speed things up. The basic stuff is compiled in a short (and bearable) tutorial of the tasks within the SMM.

CONS: The one aspect that I think I won't like is the inability to group social channels for each brand. It's also impossible to look into publications that have been scheduled within a brand group. You set up the stuff you want to post for more than one channel. Then look into each scheduled post at each channel (not the intended post being cross-posted across social platforms).

PROS: Its reporting functionaity offers some of the best docs around. Clients continue to be impressed with its comprehensive details in them. We were more than happy with its data accuracy. While we've yet to dive into its social media competition functionality, these would come in handy in the near future.

CONS: There are some functionality that stand out. These include being able to post multiple images in a single post. Although the process involved in crafting such functionality is excellent. The UI is a bit clunky but hardly affects the overall user experience.
