AppointmentPlus Review

PROS: Aside from the interface being easy to use and visually appealing, I love how intuitive it is. I can also sync it with my personal calendars. I usually use this product for scheduling service calls with my technicians.

CONS: My technicians said that sometimes it doesn’t sync right with the mobile calendars they’re using. But that was way back then, they have probably fixed it now.

PROS: AppointmentPlus streamlined the appointment scheduling process for students. I also like how I can access my work even when I am on the move so that I can address issues as soon as they arise.

CONS: Setting up appointments is the only purpose of this app.

PROS: The different calendar views--weekly, monthly, or day--is a standout for me.

CONS: The app has a tendency to lag while adding new appointments.

PROS: What I like best about AppointmentPlus is how it keeps my client and counselor records in a single platform.

CONS: I wish that AppointmentPlus can remove the option to set an appointment for two people in the same hour. This has led to double bookings and caused me a lot of problems.

PROS: AppointmentPlus generally simplified the process of setting up appointments. No more wasted effort and time trying to find the most convenient time for the appointment. No need to assist and email clients about bookings. They can self-schedule and find the time slot that works for them.

CONS: There’s no problem using the software yet. It is great.

PROS: There are various scheduler products that we’ve tried but we chose to settle on this one. While the interface isn’t as good looking as the others, it’s definitely the most flexible. And that’s all we need, for it to work well on our business.

CONS: I have many appointments with people in foreign countries which uses different time zone than us. It would be great if they refine more on this feature.

PROS: What I really love about this product is that it has robust reporting features. There’s a record for transaction histories, trends regarding customer purchase, and more. There are even templates that allow us to generate reports much faster.

CONS: I really hope the access levels would be more flexible since it would be more convenient that way. For example, if I can choose which users can have access to particular calendars then it would be much easier.

PROS: AppointmentPlus is incredibly easy to use that anyone can utilize it without training. In fact, two minutes into navigating the software, I already knew my way around it very well.

CONS: I do not like the colors and layout of the interface. I wish I can change them to suit my preferences.

PROS: I like the ability to do a lot of things such as setting up multi-client and individual appointments, modifying session lengths every other week, and creating a schedule for every employee. And since the scheduler is online, our clients are able to access and set up appointments anytime they want to. Aside from that, AppointmentPlus folks are incredible to work with. They are polite, flexible, prompt, and proactive when it comes to providing solutions to occasional glitches.

CONS: Some of the information in their knowledge base has errors, lacks specific details, and vital steps are omitted. But I noticed that the AP team are working on it and the resources are constantly improving. They are also very accommodating and polite.

PROS: The best thing about this scheduler is its simplicity and ease of use. Students can set an appointment with me in just a few clicks. Meanwhile, I can access the platform and view appointments and make changes when needed even when I’m away from school.

CONS: Nothing wrong with the product but as the name implies, AppointmentPlus will only help you in setting up appointments, nothing else.
