Scenario 3: The best part about Ashore, however, is the way it automates the review and approval process. Files can be sent through “client workflows” which determine a pre-set order of approvers. When you send a file with a workflow, the file is sent to the first contact in a workflow, and then automatically sent to the next contact when the first contact approves the file. If a contact forgets to review a file, they’ll be automatically reminded by email. On the backend of Ashore, a file timeline logs every comment and status change.
