CONS: This app is great, but it lacks some helpful features for event management. For example, it doesn’t allow the taking of registered participant info and connects them to the profile of a speaker.

PROS: This tool is amazing to use for the event organizers, as well as it makes registration easy for guests. It’s because of its cool features such as event sites and downloadable smartphone app. It also has flexible scheduling and registration tools that you can easily modify, so they only display features you’d use. PROS: I feel this app has been built with great knowledge of how event management and organizing really works. Our yearly occasion has many parts working together, including schedules, conferences, sponsors, and speakers among others. Then, this tool helps us handle those conveniently. This has surely made manual tools such as MailChimp and Google Form completely obsolete.

CONS: Some subtle features can boost this app well, although those are not that necessary. I don’t worry much about problems with the tool since its implementation and user support teams do great jobs helping us. They easily help us solve some problems, and they also listen to our suggestions carefully. There’s even a good chance that we can get certain helpful features on the next updates.

PROS: This is perfect for organizing our in-house events efficiently, such as our recent event that is participated by 500 people. It allows us to gather pre-event details smoothly with the help of its registration forms that are easy to customize. Its connection with Boomset makes event badging and signing-up processes easier too. Moreover, it lets us create surveys that participants will fill after each event, which are great for gathering comments that we can use for organizing future events. And its professional and responsive support team has largely helped us along the way.

CONS: Its administrator interface is hard to navigate especially at the start. It’s a good thing, however, that the Attendease support team has guided us along the way, and they gave us sufficient training for successful use. The app also receives frequent updates that have brought big boosts, which means some minor problems will be surely solved later on.

PROS: It features a dependable calendar that can carry event information for our school. It conveniently includes a list of all events and their details in one interface. Also, people can log in and easily respond when needed.

CONS: The feature for setting events is quite disorganized, and the app needs improvements on automation factors. Say, I need to indicate the time zone every time I put in an event, instead of simply setting the time zone for my account as a whole. Setting an online event is great as well, but it becomes difficult due to a lack of automation.

PROS: We’ve used this app along with Boomset, and the pair has smoothly worked well for the signing-up process of more than 500 participants. The online event pages are helpful as a communication platform with our staff as well. Then, we’ve also used such a feature to keep everybody updated with the schedule of our event that lasted for a few days. Moreover, Attendease comes with cool templates that are easy to personalize for use.

CONS: The registration features are great because it provides everything we need for different points in the event. Thing is, the interface is hard to navigate, and it is quite difficult to find what we need in it. Also, the app doesn’t generate copies of the registration and survey forms as well as its answers. Such kind of feature would be very useful.
