PROS: Attensity offers a lot of plus points. The app is easy to use. I can modify queries, find exact phrases or words, and also search by user.
CONS: One of the drawbacks is the data export is sometimes not in a format that is easy to read. Because of the export feature, responses were interrupted sometimes.

PROS: I feel Attensity’s main advantage is I can personalize queries and categories to find what is crucial for our business. I can use both structured and unstructured fields together for deeper analysis. The app gives me the ability to analyze multiple data sources into a single topic of analysis. Another plus point is the support team offers prompt and helpful service to resolve all issues.
CONS: There are a few drawbacks I would like to point out. To get the best analysis, you need to do manual categorization and this takes plenty of time. Second, the app is not user-friendly and you have to invest a lot of time to learn to create and manipulate queries. Third, the pricing packages are expensive.

PROS: The feature I like the most is the comments and triples by categories. It helps to analyze large volumes of comments as you can do so without reading every single comment.
CONS: You can use specific text in the text search option, but you cannot do a search without specific text. However, it could be my fault as I may not have fully explored the software to learn all the search possibilities.

PROS: For me, the highlight of Attensity is its effective algorithm which breaks input sentences into triples. The triples give me deep insight into customer sentiments.
CONS: The main drawback is the creation of plenty of junk triples. Since I need to do the categorization manually, it a hassle to assign triples to the correct buckets.

PROS: I think the highlight of Attensity is it enables me to analyze thousands of customer comments and get deep insight about customer experience in real time. I also use it to capture opinions and feedback from social media channels.
CONS: The main problem lies in the manual categorization process which is tedious. If you have large volumes of data the manual categorization task can be overwhelming.
