1) Boxstorm Forever Free is a helpful introduction for small businesses that have never used an inventory management solution before. If they have only used Excel or pen and paper to manage their inventory, they can quickly jump onto this cloud-based solution at no cost. It’s intuitive and free. And it lets them add all of their items, quantities, locations, and units of measure to an automated system. Then they can use an Android or iOS app to scan items in and out to add and remove inventory from the system. And they can do all of that for free!
2) Customer management can be difficult in an inventory management system. Often, customers have to be added one at a time and it is difficult to create groups of customers clustered under a single company that they all work for. However, in Boxstorm Basic and higher versions, it is possible to create a parent customer and then house individual customers within it.
