Brand24 gives you access to view these online comments, tags, blogs and videos so you can directly reply to them talk about what went wrong.

CONS: One of the significant downsides of this product is that the software itself puts a limit on your keyword search. Meaning you need to choose your keywords wisely before entering it in the search bar. If you don’t, then you won’t be able to maximize your search, and you’d be a force to repeat the procedure, which can be very time-consuming.

PROS: Using Brand24 is relatively easy and uncomplicated to learn. It comes with a particular feature that helps you collate all information or special mentions from other people about your company. Some of them may positively react, which enhances a good image, but some comments could negatively affect the business. That is why Brand24 is there to help you find lasting solutions to your clients’ issues before it causes too much damage. Brand24 is also very helpful in providing you with suggestions on satisfying your clients and retaining them. The platform itself is very user friendly that you can easily share with your staff to work together to resolve multiple issues in a day. You’ll be surprised at how much your client’s opinion will change once you start to reach out to them and hear our problems.

CONS: I love everything about Brand 24. So many benefits to the business.

PROS: I appreciate the full functionality and purpose of this platform. It comes with unique marketing features that don’t exist in other brands. It gives you immediate results about gathering feedback regarding what people say about your company and products. You’ll pretty much have an idea of how your product stands compared to other brands and competitors.

CONS: The product itself would cost you a lot of money to acquire. But despite the price, it can give you satisfactory results when it comes to changing your brand image.

PROS: I like most about Brand 24 because it's effortless to learn how to use the platform and share it with our colleagues. You must know what's happening around social media and figures out what people say about your company. The mentions and the hashtags certainly play a significant role in improving how you deliver things and resolve issues with your clients. You don't need to be an expert in programming for you to enjoy using this product. Besides, there is always a team of people who can help you deal with challenges that you may encounter with the systems.

CONS: It does the job of collecting customer feedbacks all over social media effectively. It also comes with an accurate reporting feature that helps me plan my next steps. So I guess that I have nothing to complain about with Brand24.

PROS: I can trust this software to help me obtain the data that I need from social media sources to find out the things that people say regarding our current business. From there, we take time to reply to their comments and offer assistance in the best way possible. Dealing with online influencers taught us to handle issues efficiently and to work harder to develop our brand continuously. Working with a reliable software like Brand24 made a difference.

CONS: I’ve noticed that the UI is designed differently to accommodate all the features on a single screen. This can cause a little bit of challenge to all newbies out there. I also went through some setbacks while learning the program, but I was able to get past it eventually.

PROS: If you want your business to be successful and fair in the market, it is essential to find a tool that can help you get honest feedback from clients. Most people nowadays prefer to express their opinion using their social media accounts, hoping that someone would respond to them. Brand24 allows you to solve a lot of problems/complaints and change the image of your company.

CONS: The platform for mobile users is not as efficient as the ones installed in computers. They should develop this feature so more people can utilize this while not working inside the office.

CONS: I like to dig into people’s minds by reading their comments and opinions about our brand. I rely on Brand24 to gather that information, but it sometimes takes longer than expected, which leaves me frustrated about the situation. We look forward to developing their analytics and reporting for a better functioning app that we can truly maximize.

PROS: We have tried searching for a platform that can help us view online mentions about our brand. So far, Brand24 is the only one that stood out because of its extraordinary capabilities to filter reviews and comments in just a short period. I start my day by collating everything that I can capture online and reach out to those people via personal messaging or calling them to figure out how we can help them out. Also, I am thankful to some of the staff of Brand24 for always accommodating my questions and concerns. We won’t be able to achieve our goals without their help and extra patience.

PROS: It gives you a summary of meaningful content from clients that you can use to your advantage to make things better. The UI is impressive for my taste, plus it's easier for me to gather much-needed information and collect additional leads that I could convert into a customer. With the help of Brand24, I reached out to frustrated clients by merely reading their posts on social media. Most of them were surprised that I took the time to read them and find a way to fix the problem. Also, the support team of this product is always there to provide us with immediate assistance.

CONS: We are relatively new with this product, so we haven’t explored the product further. It does not require you to have the expertise to become comfortable in navigating the tool.

PROS: Live alerts and automated sentiment analysis as well as filters working for me the best! Influencer score feature is truly superb!

CONS: I would like to have an option of CSV sheet so I could import all the websites as spam and ignore them in my future projects.
