Brightcove Review

PROS: Been a long time user of Brightcove, and it has never failed me in delivering good results. I appreciate all the help that the support team could provide me whenever I give them a call.

CONS: None that I can think of. It’s a good product if you want to enhance your content and promote your brand to the public. Ideal for aspiring content creators and marketing specialists.

PROS: Using Brightcove in our day to day work means a lot to us. It serves as a multipurpose tool that helps us convey meaningful messages/content to our audience. We will always be thankful and forever grateful to all the people behind Brightcove. They never failed to show us all the support and the help that we needed, especially while still struggling to make it in the industry.

CONS: The program's user interface would need some revamp to make it more presentable user-friendly, especially to those new to the program. It's good to know that Brightcove is open to making changes one step at a time to give all of us a better user experience.

PROS: I prefer using Brightcore, among others, because it's a stable platform. I don't need to worry about technical issues, and I always complete my tasks of uploading videos before the set deadline.

CONS: It takes a while to edit the content that I upload. I have to give myself some lead time to work on my videos because the processing phase takes longer than usual.

PROS: I am no longer scared of editing and uploading videos in my own spare time. I can always give CS a call if something goes wrong in the middle of the process. Also, I like working with Brightcove because they never cease to impress their customers by finding ways to innovate their product features, making it one of the market's top choices.

CONS: It needs more studies on how it can improve its analytics and KPS’s. There are still times when we still struggle to find ways to share our videos on more prominent platforms with more significant viewership.

PROS: It gives you a lot of options on how to create and deliver your content. Brightcove continues to work hard to give their clients better services.

CONS: Data analytics has always been one of the main challenges of this product. Also, they should provide more options for personalized video players to be made available to fit their clients' specific needs.

PROS: There is no need for complicated apps to create engaging and cool content. Brightcove can help you create professional-looking videos.

CONS: I wish there would be some clarity in terms of analytics. I always have a hard time interpreting some of the data being presented.

PROS: This product can provide you all things that you may need to create, edit, upload, and stream unlimited videos all over the Internet. It comes with basic analytics, so you know which platforms have the most views and engagements.

CONS: I hope that they could dig deeper into analytics by providing uploaders /account holders a more detailed report of what goes on behind the videos they have uploaded. The ability to have these reports custom-built would be much appreciated.

PROS: I tried so many video creating platforms, but I’ve never seen anything as robust and reliable as Brightcove. I work on live streaming videos on different events, and Brightcove has never failed to deliver an impressive and consistent performance. I’m also happy that the support team has always been very proactive in helping out during challenging scenarios.

CONS: Since I am into live streaming, I hope that they could find a way to send us better reports. But I know that it's challenging to do that, so I guess that we should see other creative ways to increase our number of live audiences.
