PROS: I like this platform’s available email marketing results and reports. When it comes to delivering an email, Bronto instantly provides reporting information like open rate, click rate, bounce rate and other. You can easily find this sort of information into Bronto’s reporting tab.
CONS: I don’t like that there is no option to manage multiple brands under one account. I can manage all email marketing initiatives for various brands. It accepts only one business address and this can be difficult to house two different brands.

CONS: The assets in your campaign are not in one place. This can be difficult when managing multiple campaigns. Apart from that, deleting assets that you are not using or from previous campaigns can be difficult. There is also limited storage for your images and thus a drawback.

PROS: It has a simple user interface for your email marketing campaign. It makes organization and planning of your campaigns easier. It integrates well with social media platforms such as Facebook for efficient email marketing. You can use the client list feature to connect with social networks to boost your email marketing efforts.
CONS: It has proven to have adverse impacts on our strategists. They are less informative as compared to when we did not use Bronto. This may be due to the inexperience in tool or the approach the app uses in interacting with our customers.

PROS: The price is right for what we were looking for. The return on investment (ROI) we got from the tool was great. We had a bulk of emails we needed to organize and use for our marketing campaign where the app came through for us. All this, without spending beyond our budget.
CONS: The fields where you create the emails, is limited to just 100. This limits you in terms of the number of fields you can use to create emails for your marketing campaign. It has a single database, which means that you cannot include multiple relationships on the same platform.

PROS: The simplicity of the tool makes it reliable for anyone to use. The interface is easy to use and offers no or little learning even for someone who has less experience in email marketing. You can navigate with ease around the application. It is reliable for companies with inexperienced staff on email marketing.
CONS: Although customer support is available, it may not be reliable. The live chat feature promises quick feedback but they seem to lack in-depth knowledge about how the app works. This leads to insufficient support when you experience problems with the tool.

PROS: In my experience, Bronto is wonderful email marketing platform with full extensive options for A/B testing, workflow set up, segmentation, and integrating social posts. The UI is easy to use and it hasw great customer support.
CONS: The reporting tool don’t always format correctly, and the reporting tools aren’t that bad. Also, it's pricy solution.

PROS: I really like Bronto’s UI because it’s intuitive and it has easy navigation. Also, there are lot of control options so we can build any type of program that we want, segments, interweaving workflows and field data. I haven’t run into something that might disturb my workflow. I can quickly and easily export reports and message analytics and I’m able to control time frame and type of data I’m searching for.
CONS: Some features may cost additional money to access, but they are great investment.

PROS: The good thing about Bronto is the value you get for the price you’ve paid. We didn’t have lot of budget but we had large email volume and we wanted to get the most of it, and we have found that this tool is perfect fit for us.
CONS: There are some areas that need improvements. First of all, there is limitation of 100 fields. It looks like enough but as sonn as you start creating dynamic emails you’ll see that you need even more. Additionally, ther eis limitation with the relationships .

PROS: This is simple and easy to use solution for email marketing. Its UI is simple and well organized and it makes all daunting tasks of email planning easier and fun process. The customer lists are helpful and we are able ti integrate it to our email lists into Facebook and other platforms. All you have to make is great email marketing strategy plan and you can let Bronto to do its job.
CONS: There wasn’t great connection within associates in the last year or so and knowledge on how to approach clients differently based on their experience.

PROS: This is full featured solution with intuitive and simple UI. Thanks to its simplicity we haven’t face serious troubles while figuring out how it works. This is great tool for email campaigns and it has great tools for full-time email specialist so they can improve the workflow.
CONS: It lacks motivation of support representatives when it comes to the live chat. They could really improve their customer support team.
