Additionally, Cloud9 Payment Gateway supports full and semi-integrations with various POS solutions and terminals. It works with payment solutions and terminals that either send credit and debit card data directly to payment processors/gateways or transmit it through merchants’ POS systems.
Payment Processing Control
Cloud9 Payment Gateway gives you better control over how you process payments from customers. For instance, you can take credit cards, debit cards, and ACH payments through a standalone payment portal that customers can access via a URL.
Additionally, it has a device control feature that permits your POS solution or terminal to continuously capture and store transactions when connections with the processor are unsuccessful. Transactions recorded offline are sent for processing once the connection with the processor is restored.
The solution also allows you to implement a mechanism for settling credit card transactions known as terminal capture. With this, you can store individual transactions at your site, apply your own business-specific settlement logic, and utilize editing and auditing capabilities.
Data Security
To ensure that your transactions and data are safe from device tampering, data breach, internet fraud, and other security threats, Cloud9 Payment Gateway adheres to the P2PE standard created by PCI SSC.
