PROS: There are lot of things that I like about CallRail starting from call recording (including the option to listen the recorded call from your app), email or app notification of all inbound calls, ability to track the call quality and to track called identification details. In addition, I’m extremely satisfied from its customer service team, they are amazing, and they walked me through the set up and through the whole process.
CONS: Maybe they could make the service free but I’m afraid the quality will be as same as postal service. But I’m really happy with the small service tag I get on a monthly basis.

They helped us to transfer the ownership of an account in short time, they even helped us to navigate around the system efficiently. It offers weekly reports that are set up and send directly to my email.
CONS: There is nothing I can dislike about this product. But, they could add some online training for newbies.

PROS: CallRail provides me with accurate data to my clients when it comes to phone-calls that the adverts on the websites are generating. We are able to present true value of our services by using the data. We have improved the customer retention numbers effectively. There is even emails with call-data and with recorded calls.
CONS: They could make some reports and menus more intuitive. Also some of the important features are buried several levels deep.

PROS: CallRAil is easy to set up and easy to use, I managed to install the program by myself. There are extremely easy and understandable instructions to follow. It is simple and intuitive tool with great capabilities.
CONS: It takes some time for the calls to show as conversion inside the Adwords.

PROS: The product is simple and easy to set it up, it is well organized and very customizable. It offers voicemail, call forward options and integration with CRMs. There is even a mobile app. The price is affordable.

PROS: CallRail notifies us whenever the call comes into the tracking numbers. I’m able to keep track/listen the recording, to mark the call as lead, to take to my dashboard and add notes, in this way I’m able to look at customer journey. The other good thing is that it is fully integrated with Google AdWords and it is very clear when searching the keywords to a call generated to sales team.
CONS: I would like to divide the call analytics into even smaller parts, but they are working to include this option.

PROS: We can easily breakdown between the source of the call from Facebook, email marketing and paid search. We are able to keep track of the keywords for paid search generated call. We can listen the recordings and we are able to integrate it with our reporting platform and to make reports on a monthly basis.
CONS: The call service is amazing for small business clients but it would be great if they could provide even more detailed funnel information and that would be helpful for large clients.

PROS: CallRail allows me to track multiple numbers. The tool is easy to set up and if you have any question or concern you can always rely on its customer service. You may try this product for free 14 days so you can see if it meets all your business needs. The online analytics you get is great for both online and offline marketing. With this product you may track which marketing strategy is doing the best and which one you need to avoid. There are lot of professional companies that use Call Rail and they are really satisfied from this product.
CONS: If you use the app on your iPhone then you have to use your headphones in order to listen the message it won’t play through phone speakers. Also, I had some troubles when setting up few numbers and the support team has helped me to manage this problem.
