PROS: I got a lot of value out this platform, most importantly with $ 0.99 per case per month model, it saved us a lot of money right off the bat. We transferred 120 active cases from our legacy program, and it saved us valuable time, and money. Also, a lot of thought is put into this platform especially the "Reference Sheet" section which holds the client's data in one place is amazingly useful, and not only made my staff more productive, but it is linked to every other feature of platform, like intake forms, documents, billing, and time tracking. This feature alone freed my staff from repetitive work and allowed me to assign them to new cases. This platform has native integration with Microsoft Office which I didn't see in any other case management solution.
CONS: I would like to see a note section for quick note taking.
