PROS: What I like most about this solution is that it’s easy to use. We can record patient schedules and even create personalized notes and more.

CONS: The software is easy to use when you already know how things work in the system. The problem is they added some unnecessary things in the tutorial that just make the learning process complicated. Please make it straightforward for all first-time users.

PROS: Centricity EMR makes documentation and communication much easier within the company. It allows us to route phone notes and files to different staff easily.

CONS: I think the user interface is a bit old-school. It needs an upgrade to complement with modern systems.

PROS: Centricity EMR enables us to request observation terms, and this capability allows us to monitor and generate items like lab values, curve degrees of patients with scoliosis, pain levels, and more.

CONS: The system comes out problematical sometimes. For instance, if we want to customize something in it, it tends to be difficult to navigate.

PROS: Centricity EMR has a great user-interface. Navigating the system to do and access patient charts is simple and straightforward.

CONS: I don’t like that it crashes sometimes. When this happens, it just closes on its own or freezes your screen for a period.

PROS: I find Centricity a very helpful solution for my business. It allows us to time in and out directly into the system without using other time-monitoring apps or services. Among the most dependable features it has is the home screen where we can schedule or view the chart. Helpful, indeed!

CONS: It’s so disappointing that it crashes when I am in the middle of my work. It’s unpredictable sometimes. Also, we are using multiple accounts in the company, and it’s time-consuming that we need to restart the program before logging into another account. It could have been better if it has a feature where we can just switch accounts without closing the app completely.

PROS: I like that it comes with scheduling functionality. For this reason, both our staff and patients make scheduling more convenient now.

CONS: The app crashes for no reason, and it’s not the most user-friendly platform I’ve known so far.

PROS: The software is easy to use. It performs well whenever we integrate it with other systems that we use in the organization.

CONS: I think the overall look of the system should need some improvement.

PROS: I like that Centricity EMR allows me to switch between schedules at once. This feature makes it super flexible.

CONS: I am expecting the app to be smooth when I am using it. However, it crashes frequently, and I need to re-launch it. Please fix it.

PROS: Centricity EMR is very useful for all medical professionals who came from different practices. It helped us follow the right way to handle our patients throughout the care period. For instance, it makes it more convenient for us to pull out records of patients when they decided to set an appointment from one specialist to another. Even before the patient arrived, we already got the records for review, and this is a big help to save time. Even better, this process makes things much easier and more convenient for patients because they don’t need to get the records themselves during the visit.

CONS: I like everything about this platform. Nothing to dislike.
