PROS: I like its capability to handle huge volumes of data. We're expanding to Eastern Europe and this software helps us understand these new markets. We can compare datasets with our traditional markets in North America and we can clearly see there are differences. This enables us to tweak our campaigns to match user behavior.
CONS: Nothing so far although I've heard it has issues managing e-commerece with dozens of SKUs. We have just around five today but we're planning to expand the product line so I'm keeping tabs of this "issue".

PROS: The dashboards let me see clearly my KPIs allowing me to manage sales and stocks smoothly. I can track performance by device, generate sales reports on a daily or weekly basis and sort the KPIs by channel. The level of depth of how I can configure data helps me make the right decision at once.
CONS: I have had problems with pulling reports fast. There should be a clearer, more efficient support on this because not everybody has the time to tinker with all the tools.

PROS: It helps us consolidate our different channels so that, now, we only have a single interface to check. It's much efficient to keep tabs of orders, inventory, queries or issues on a daily basis. I can manage with a small team to run our ecommerce business on a global scale.
CONS: Setup training can be more engaging. You have to be patient to roll out this platform. My advice is to have a daily check with your team during onboarding to ensure they understand the tools clearly.

PROS: It gives us accurate and immediate data for campaigns and strategic planning. Our ecommerce manager can slice data in different ways, say by order, channel or date. This gives us a wider perspective, which helps us to fine tune campaigns and strategies.
CONS: We did encounter a few bugs in the data syncing, which tends to be slower during business hours.
