PROS: From my experience I can tell that ClearCare has far more intuitive software than any other software I have used. I’m using its online app and app tracking features so I can easily streamline my hiring process. It has little learning curve but once you got the point everything is easy and clear. With its features I can easily interact with my clients, it allows me to automate many processes.
CONS: It would be great if they could implement integrated payroll and option for customizing at the beginning of the day.

PROS: We use ClearCare for more than a year, before purchasing this product we used paper for our scheduling. This software is very intuitive and simple. We are able to get the schedules out to care-givers and clients. It saves lot of time and helped us to focus more on our clients. They always make some improvements about the product. Its support team is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
CONS: There is nothing I could think of.

PROS: ClearCare meets all our needs, it provides fantastic user interface and fast performance. It’s much better than the previous product that we have used. Its reporting functions are powerful and quick at receiving information.
CONS: This software lacks user security options especially for different roles within the office. The reminder emails go to all admin users, and this is quite an issue in our company because we are large company and everyone gets these kind of notifications.

PROS: I have used other software like this one, but I have to say that ClearCare is one of the best program I have ever used in my career. It’s easy to use, it’s intuitive and it requires minimal training. Our members can easily add prospects, clients and caregivers and they can even create staffing shift as well. I can easily interact with my team and team members with this software. I like that it is automatically added into caregiver file and it provides us with real documentation. Its customer service team is one of the best and provides us with useful tips and helps us to solve various problems.
CONS: I need an option where I can link monthly charges to the clients onto the calendar. Now, we are charged for all active clients, and this means that when someone is on hold we have to deactivate them so we can avoid the charges. This is really necessary, they could make it much simpler. Also, I need to go into the payroll so I can approve appointments and charges and then to go into billing to do the same thing. It would be great if they could make this for both at the same time.

PROS: This software is clear and user-friendly, it can be used by everyone and it doesn’t require specific computer skills. Each area is simple and easy to set up, it provides great tools that are very helpful for caregivers and clients. We don’t have to worry about billing and our clients are very satisfied with this product and what it offers. We don’t have to gather all time sheets, add them in order and to pay the caregiver and bill the client, everything is done automatically and in perfect order.
CONS: It would be great if the caregivers could clock in and out from various phone numbers, because sometimes the phone can be out of order. There is an issue within the software when it comes to canceling a day then it cancels the whole week instead of just that day, after this we have to change the schedule back.

PROS: I love the usability and its cloud capabilities. I had no problems in setting up and learning this product. Its reporting system is powerful and easy to customize. I can easily connect the payroll and billing via this software. I am very satisfied form its customer service, they are open to new suggestions and they react quickly when it comes to solving problems.
CONS: Its CRM offerings are great but they require more powerful system. This is the only thing I “dislike” and I know that the team behind this software invests lot of effort, time, energy and money.

PROS: I can easily teach my staff how to use this program, its training videos are great and easy to follow.
CONS: I don’t like that when some clients move from Active to Non-Active they lose some important resources. When pulling out reports we can’t look at live schedules and review previous ones when the client has been active but now non-active. They could provide much better support for multitude turnover.

PROS: This software is very intuitive, user-friendly and easy to set up. I am able to set-up the schedule for a client and I don’t need to keep the building schedules every week. It has great messaging features that allows you to send a message to a caregiver through text or email or even both, and all the reply and messages are stored into electronic file within the system. I can create and send schedule for one caregiver or to select bunch. I use its CareFinder tool to match the service needs of the client with the skills of the caregiver. It has great reports and wonderful system to create them based on the filter I choose. Its customer service is wonderful.
CONS: It would be great if they could change the data range for some reports, like adding last month or last year. Also, I would like to see numbers for set period of time. I would like to have an option to count unconfirmed shifts as scheduled hours in order to have a picture of whole scheduled hours per week.

PROS: ClearCare is intuitive and well integrated software. It saves lot of time and money. It’s easy to use so you don’t have to spend lot of hours to learn how to use it. It has integrated payment process so you can be always sure that you are paid from your clients. Its customer service is one of the best, its management team is innovative and they are N.1 into their field.
CONS: I cannot find anything to dislike about this software, I just have a suggestion for its team if they could implement an option for uploading documents when I receive a payment.

PROS: We have great and smooth experience with ClearCare. Sometimes it can be difficult to do all that work and you will need a software that would help you to keep up and handle almost everything, thankfully they have made ClearCare software that does the job for you. It offers great set of features that saves you lot of time so you can be more focused on other things. This software takes no more than 30 minutes, the exports can be done with only one click, the caregivers can log into their portal whenever they want, and they are able to see their assignments, future calendars and all client info. Its customer service is always available for you to assist you.
CONS: Sometimes this software runs slowly, but it’s not too often.
