ConceptDraw PRO Review

PROS: I like the wide range of tools available to create both small and huge diagrams, the ease of sharing outputs with our colleagues, the ability to share our work either as a Cad file, web pages, or other graphic files, and the numerous export options. This tool is really efficient in creating professional diagrams, flowcharts, and illustrations. We are also able to create excellent presentations, blueprints, maps, organization charts, and many more.

CONS: Not all fonts and objects work and the platform does not offer import or export options for CAD files. When creating big diagrams, the system freezes. I also don’t like the user interface. It looks outdated. Apart from that, I have to use our own disk-space because the software does not offer cloud storage. Lastly, there are times when the support team weren’t able to solve issues immediately and we have to wait for more hours or days.

PROS: ConceptDraw PRO has got everything my business needs when it comes to creating graphic visuals and managing projects. The integrated tools have been a huge help in the organization.

CONS: I don’t find anything to complain about the platform. It gives us most of the tools we need to make our project a success.

PROS: I find the platform’s interface nice and its accessories interesting. Every tool and functionalities it offers is professional and useful so I’m able to generate excellent projects. I am also able to create visually appealing presentation slides quickly and easily. The ability to create nice looking presentations makes it easier to speak in public and effectively communicate with the audience and discuss topics. In addition, I love the variety of beautiful templates to choose from.

CONS: The tools and functions are somehow disorganized so new users may find it hard to figure out what to click or where to find the tools they need. Furthermore, figuring out how to use the platform can be a challenge if you don’t have experience using a similar solution. Lastly, there’s a problem with fixing graphics which is quite annoying.

PROS: I think the best advantage of using the product is its cost. It is cheap compared to similar software but provides us with incredible value. Also, there’s no steep learning curve which is a common concern when using new software.

CONS: The things I can do using this software can also be done using CorelDraw. Also, the pop-ups that show occasionally is not really a good thing.

PROS: ConceptDraw Pro is an excellent platform that offers not only native features but also “solutions” that comes either pre-packaged with the software or available to be imported through the cloud. Some of the solutions are paid but if you are short on budget, you can just choose from the wide collection of free options. Aside from that, I also like the ConceptDRAW store. It eliminates the worries related to losing your work in progress. The store app is where you can retrieve your projects and even the system updates. We basically use ConceptDraw to plan out physical space and the likes but it also serves as an effective and incredible tool for creating presentations. It can be a good alternative to Keynote PowerPoint presentations. We also use the platform to create detailed projects, making it a good supplement to ConceptDraw MindMap.

CONS: There’s no way to import structured data like csv. or Excel. It would be great if the company will add this functionality. It would surely take the game in a whole new level. Aside from that, the price of paid solutions cannot be viewed directly from the Store. If you click the “Buy” button, you’ll be directed to the website where they have the price list.

PROS: We use this solution to create flowcharts for complicated processes to eliminate confusions when it comes to responsibilities. I’m able to create easy to understand flowcharts that clarify roles within the department.

CONS: Sometimes, I have a hard time getting chart elements to properly line up. I think that’s the only not-so-nice thing about using the software.

PROS: This solution offers everything that a business needs for graphic documentations. It’s an all-in-one package. You’ll get mind map, project, report capabilities, collaboration tools, a lot of templates and stencils, and many more. It’s excellent.

CONS: I haven’t experienced any difficulties using this product. Everything works fairly well.

PROS: - Awesome stencil selection - Easy to use (far better than Visio) - performs well in most cases - Support, Odessa standby their product they are both responsive and friendly

CONS: Can under perform with very large multipage drawings
