Scenario 1: At Gwinnett County, Georgia, they wanted to capitalize on the best practices and raise the level of awareness by defining success in measurable terms. Scenario 2: Qatar Steel, one of the Palladium Hall of Fame companies, needed more than an efficient solution that tracked performance metrics and provided analytical reports, they need a solution that demonstrated true commitment to BSC that aligned various departments to the goals of the organization. Further, the implementation also ensured integration of diverse data from various information sources and also created a target approval process, by setting up communication workflow until the final targets were uploaded to the system. Scenario 3: At Tata Steel Processing and Distribution Ltd. most of the performance measurement process was dependent on MS Excel, which had its uncertainties in terms of data authenticity, data duplicity and also practical difficulties in archiving of data to be recalled at a later stage.
