CourierManager is a fully developed and featured delivery management platform that automates the key business activities of courier companies operating in single or multiple locations. This robust and versatile cloud-based courier solution enables you to improve work and cost efficiency and accelerate growth. 

CourierManager has a mobile app that allows your couriers and drivers to scan barcoded shipments and update shipment status in bulk, track pickup and delivery stops, and print invoices, receipts, waybills, and PoDs on the go. 

The platform also includes features designed to expedite and enhance your operational and shipping processes. You can set up zones to easily and accurately price, sort, and track shipments. You’ll even instantly generate and assign optimized routes and roll carts based on your courier teams’ or individual couriers’ sub-zones. 

Plus, CourierManager supports the printing of standard and custom-sized shipping labels and creation of custom shipping statuses and sub-statuses. Users can quickly create and send invoices to clients and track and handle clients, couriers, and partner couriers/carriers’ cash on delivery payments as well.

Your clients can place orders, track shipments, check invoices and payments and access a mobile app through a portal integrated with your company’s website. Lastly, through its API, you’ll be able to integrate CourierManager with your accounting systems and SMS services, customers’  business and eCommerce tools, and franchisors or subcontractors’ apps.

Optimized Operational & Shipping Management

CourierManager simplifies and improves how courier companies’ operational and shipping processes are executed and handled. The platform allows you to create zones. These are areas that are covered and serviced by your hubs, couriers, or partner courier/carrier companies. You can do this by drawing countries, cities, provinces, or zip codes on a map or organizing them in lists. 

Zones help you enhance the way you sort shipments and optimize routes. For instance, you can set up and define a specific country as a parent hub or main zone and the cities within that country where your couriers operate as sub-zones. You’ll automatically sort and assign shipments to your courier teams based on their corresponding sub-zones. In the same manner, you can generate, schedule, and allocate optimized routes to every individual courier.

As users scan shipments, you can monitor the movement of shipments between hubs or cities. You’ll know when and where shipments departed and arrived, who picked them, and who delivered the shipments. CourierManager will also notify you when a ship is loaded into the wrong transport or doesn’t arrive at its destination hub. 

Mobile App for Couriers & Drivers

The delivery management platform provides a mobile app designed to boost couriers and drivers’ efficiency and productivity. The app permits them to simultaneously scan multiple shipments or barcodes and update their status as picked up or delivered. They can also track all their pickup stops on a map and the shipments and quantity of shipments they need to take from each stop.

It gives them the capability to generate proofs of delivery in a convenient and flexible manner. They can take pictures of shipping labels signed by recipients, scan and upload a batch of signed delivery confirmations, or enable recipients to sign print-ready proof of delivery forms directly through a mobile device.
