What is Easy365Manager?
Easy365Manager is a tool that extends the functionality of Active Directory Users & Computers, which allows users to manage different aspects of Office 365 through one central interface. The system consolidates a series of features that would otherwise require different tools opened, such as Azure AD Portal, PowerShell, and Exchange Admin Center, to perform various administrative tasks.
It’s a plugin that works by giving additional functions to the AD Users & Computers tool, particularly to the User Properties section. New tabs are included that allow you to perform daily admin tasks such as converting mailbox type, configuring mailbox aliases, setting user pictures, setting delivery restrictions, creating user mailboxes, doing bulk edits of Office 365 properties, forcing AD Connect synchronization, and removing last on-premises Exchange Server.

Centralized Administration
With Easy365Manager, the admin tasks for Office 365 are no longer fragmented; meaning you won’t have to open different tools like PowerShell, Office 365 Portal, EMC, and Azure AD Connect. Instead, the system consolidates their necessary functions in the Active Directory Users & Computers tool so you can use them without having to juggle different software every time. Some of the tasks you can do with Easy365Manager includes bulk edit of Office 365 properties, changing the preferred languages for Office 365, looking up how many Office 365 license is available and in use, and setting up user pictures among others.
Office 365 Mailbox Management
