Emailgistics is a cloud-hosted SaaS shared inbox management platform specifically built for Microsoft 365. It sports a plethora of functionalities to help your team process emails faster, deliver better customer service, and boost their productivity.
The platform provides multiple message assignment options including automatic and manual assignment. The former option makes the message assignment less tedious and faster. When processing messages, administrators can configure rules to ensure that the messages are assigned to the right person.
