EasyWorship Review

PROS: I like so many things about this. I like how you have so many options when it comes to purchasing it; you can either subscribe or just buy it outright. I like how easy it is to use. I also like how seamlessly it works, how I can personalize it to fit my taste, and how many file types are compatible with it. It's a really great way to do presentations.

CONS: Perhaps my biggest and only complaint is how there isn't an Apple version of this. It's really a disservice that many Apple users can't use this tool. Besides, it really isn't cost-efficient to buy another computer just to use this program.

PROS: I really appreciate how user-friendly this is because our ministry is made up of volunteers, and not everyone is tech-savvy. Because of how easy this is to use, any one of us can use it effectively, even if our skill levels aren't that high up.

CONS: I wish that they did have a version for Apple users. Any churches who use a Mac won't be able to use this software.

PROS: This tool works so smoothly with our church that I sometimes even forget that I'm using it. If you've timed the slides correctly, you and your listeners are going to be so immersed that you probably won't even remember that you're using a program for these projections. I also really like not just the library of worship songs that come with the program, but how easily I can change them if necessary.

CONS: If there's a complaint about this program, it's that there are some songs that can't be found in their library. However, that really isn't that big of a deal especially since I can manually add those songs anyway.

PROS: The two things that I really like about it are its user-friendliness and its adaptability. Once you get the hang of it, you can come up with slides for practically anything, whether it's quotes, announcements, Bible verse videos, or testimonies. It's so user-friendly that you can come up with a presentation practically right before the time you actually present. You can also tailor your presentation according to the audience. Backgrounds can be changed, you can zoom in and out and focus on things that you think your specific audience will like.

CONS: You really do need to get the hang of this because if you don't you might end up presenting something that isn't necessary to your point and end up distracting your audience instead of getting their attention.

PROS: I can honestly say that this program has everything that we need when it comes to worship services. There are a number of things that we can display, thanks to this program. Before the service even starts, we can use this to display announcement slides. Videos and song lyrics that are going to be used in the service can also be set up. The huge database of worship songs makes displaying song lyrics really easy, so nobody has to do the tedious task of typing it all up. Changes can also be made in real time, so there's no big worry when it comes to typos. And one thing that I think is hardly mentioned is how great it is that it works on a local network. This means we can add things to it from the office and be assured that it will immediately be available in the sound booth.

CONS: Frankly, this has everything we need. I don't think there's anything we can complain about.

PROS: Aside from being user-friendly, I really like how this tool works with multiple projectors or screens. Just by using my laptop, I can have multiple screens display hymn lyrics and images, making sermons more immersive and really catching the attention of churchgoers, especially younger ones.

CONS: While I did eventually get the hang of this, I did have to watch Youtube tutorials to really understand how to use it. I think an improvement they could do is provide users with more tutorials, or simply make the software even more intuitive and user-friendly. While I can use it to my advantage now, I have a suspicion that I haven't really maximized this tool because of the lack of tutorials.

PROS: This is a really useful tool that has stopped me from being a micromanager. You can do everything you need on this -- write notes, schedule Powerpoints, videos, and songs. You don't even have to use other programs and you just need to stay on this one.

CONS: I think it could stand to be more intuitive and user-friendly, but even I was able to get the hang of it after a few tries.

PROS: Two things are great about this program -- it's customizable and it's user-friendly. I quickly got the hang of using this. I also appreciate how I can tailor my presentation to match a theme, such as the time of the year or the songs being sung during the service.

CONS: I don’t think this tool is worth the cost if you're just a small church. You have to pay a rate based on church members every month, and I don't think that helps out really small churches who may not have the finances but want to use the program to improve their church and their worship service.

PROS: I have found this tool to be really user-friendly, and it has made my presentations more eye-catching, or at least that's what viewers have told me. I like the background changes and the different ways I can display my slides. Another thing I appreciate aside from the random changing backgrounds is the way Bible verses can be made to pop up easily. Making sequences has also become easier thanks to the improvements made when it comes to alert messages. I have encountered no bugs so far.

CONS: At the moment, I have not encountered anything about this app that I dislike. I would definitely contact the developers if there ever is one.
