What is Emailgistics?

Emailgistics is a cloud-hosted SaaS shared inbox management platform specifically built for Microsoft 365.  It sports a plethora of functionalities to help your team process emails faster, deliver better customer service, and boost their productivity.

The platform provides multiple message assignment options including automatic and manual assignment. The former option makes the message assignment less tedious and faster. When processing messages, administrators can configure rules to ensure that the messages are assigned to the right person. In addition, the platform makes certain that no email falls through the cracks by sending notifications or alerts for unanswered messages. 

Emailgistics also provide managers insight into their team’s performance. The platform provides a customizable dashboard that can display up to seven reporting metrics. A team inbox and user reports are also available. The former provides statistics on your team performance as a whole while the latter helps managers spot behavior patterns that may prompt a need for corrective action or coaching.

What’s more, the platform offers an add-in for Outlook which gives the benefit of working in the familiar environment of Outlook.

Emailgistics automatic assignment makes assigning messages to agents faster and less tedious. Managers can configure their team inboxes and allow automatic assignment of emails to agents. They can also set the maximum number of messages that each agent will receive so they won’t be overwhelmed. 

Comprehensive Set of Rules

Rules can be applied when an incoming message is received by a team inbox, when an agent manually moves a mail to another team inbox, or when assigning messages. This feature basically helps you process mails, ensure that messages are received by the right person, and boost the team’s efficiency.

User Availability

This feature helps managers ensure that client emails are received by agents who are present and can respond to the message immediately. Agents can toggle their own availability so managers can instantly know whether or not to assign messages to them.  

Customizable Dashboard

The Emailgistics dashboard displays reporting metrics in real-time. Available metric gauges to choose from include open messages, received today, replied today, unassigned, user average reply time, assign messages, average reply time, and oldest message. You can choose up to seven metric gauges to display on the dashboard. This feature provides managers and users with valuable insight into their organization’s performance. It also enables them to spot any issues immediately and take necessary actions.
