PROS: We have been using eTouches since 2012. The company has improved and grow over the time. We are very happy with this product and the results. It is easy to use, it has wonderful customer support, great online learning curve, helpful API, great integration between modules and onsite experience. We are able to work with various currencies, multiple global payment gateways and various languages including Chinese.
CONS: It lacks development of online booth sales and some management module, it has slow development of integration with AMSs like NetForum and others. The appointment scheduling module has limited scope as well.

PROS: Thanks to eTouches event management platform we are able to streamline the event and meeting management tasks and to create possibilities in order to co-work efficiently across countries. Once you fully implement the platform it will generate great overview of Grundfos from each event investment.
CONS: I don’t want when it comes to implementing event management platform because it requires strong driver person to lead and carry out the implementation job. But when it comes to its customer support members they are one of the best support team I have ever worked with.

PROS: We organize 10 events a year, we have started our business with eTouches. This tool helps us to manage members, the pages have great design, and the setup of administrative invoices and other documents is easy. We can easily manage complex information gathering, we are able to copy all the setup. When it comes to communication management it allows us to easily manage the layout of emails with event-specific customization, to send out invitation, to manage automated email for incomplete registration. We have daily email custom report, finance management tools. We are able to monitor the engagement, and to keep track of those who are not engaged.
CONS: Etouches has lot of modules and it can be really confusing, because I can’t learn everything.

PROS: We used to gather RSVPS via email and this was time-consuming process. This kind of automated process saves us huge amount of time and effort. The tool is so intuitive that knows when we recorded the RSVP and we don’t have to wait for someone to get back to them personally. We are able to take advantage for the e-marketing and to send invites. It has great registration page templates. They have improved the look od the program.
CONS: The software can be glitch sometimes, we cannot easily copy-paste text from word document into e-touches email widnow. In addition, I have to say that formation options are not intuitive. It happened often when I create an email and when I want to look it over I have found that the formatting has messed up the whole email.

PROS: I love the integration between modules, it is user friendly app. It has task management options, it is versatile and it has wonderful customer support.
CONS: The HTML coding doesn’t work on “view”, this can be really frustrating if you are not familiar with coding. There is no option to see whether the setting on eSelect are sync with eReg settings. Also, the fromating of spreadsheets sometimes goes off. It would be great if there is an option to link email tasks with people so they could update their tasks quicker instead of searching through the task list.

PROS: We have used other event registration system but we have received lot of complaints from the attendees about the whole registration process. We all know that know everyone makes the registration via their phone. Thankfully, this tool offers onsite registration and mobile check-in tools. I like the post-event wrap up. We can send “Thank you” emails to the attendees. It has great integration with eTouches and Salesforce. We are able to keep track of those who have received emails and the program they registered for.
CONS: There are some things I wish could be integrated in eTouches, but I’m able to tell them my suggestion via customer support and I believe they would work on these ones. They always release updates to various modules in order to increase functionality.

PROS: Our clients have complex event structures. One of them has 300 separate events with 5 day program. Thankfully, with this product we don’t allow people to register for two events at the same time. We are able to decrease the need for staff in the registration process and to ensure that classes accept only the maximum established by the teachers. Also, this tool provides great integrations with its various modules so we can better eliminate duplicate keystroking and to increase the accuracy. The transition from eSelect to Ereg is simple as well the creation of mobile app in e-mobile.
CONS: Whenever I run into some issue or have some suggestions I always contact its support team. I have to say that I’m very satisfied from their responsiveness and the fact that they always managed to improve every aspect of the software.

PROS: ETouches is easy to use, it is intuitive and user-friendly platform. It suits all our needs starting from setting up the registrations to marketing events and it allows us to syncing it back to our database which is in Salesforce. This is one of the most important tool for every event. Our team can get things done quickly and efficiently by providing high-quality materials.
CONS: I would like to see some features and I told their customer service about the ideas of these new features. They always work to improve the program and to update it.

PROS: Thanks to this tool we have one-stop for all registrations. This is extremely flexible solution that is capable to handle most complex needs. We are able to accommodate all attendee categories with different set-up options. I love the ability to connect events to mailing lists in e-Marketing. It allows us to print badges for the event on the day directly from this platform. We haven’t used its full potential but we look forward to explore all its features and options.
CONS: The flexibility of this software comes with some downsides, for e.g. if we want to add new categories then had to remember some areas. This can be really complicated because we have lot of categories.

PROS: ETouches provides great integrations and it is great product for event registration, call proposals, dynamic agenda, budgeting, event seating charts, email marketing, social media, event mobile app and many other features. The good thing about this software is that it can be used by every team member of our organization for event planning, management. We all use same platform and work from same data set. The mobile app is easy to use and our attendees simply love this app.
CONS: The learning curve can be difficult. Some of the data is not fully integrated.

PROS: ETouches is made for managing events into small pieces. We use this tool along with our Marketing Automation Platform, so we can provide smooth integration back to our MAP. It is easy to learn and easy to use, it doesn’t require specific skills. To be honest, we don’t use this software to its fullest, but we are very satisfied from it. I love the integration functionality.
CONS: It would be great if they could provide m0ore templates for pages and emailers, so I can easily get an event setup in few minutes. Also, it would be great if there is an option to trial other modules in order see what works best for us.
