Support for collaborative work is also excellent since it lets a few people work together in one account. Plus, it has seamless sharing features for stored files, and it has an authorization level setting for each access.
CONS: Firm Central requires you to enter the name of each user of an account. This is quite inconvenient when you have new staff. An account automatically signs out when it stays inactive for a considerable amount of time as well. Moreover, I hope it comes with a calendar event or reminder notifications.

PROS: Kudos to Firm Central for giving me fantastic customer support! It is really helpful to me at any time.
CONS: I feel that some features aren’t optimized in terms of functionalities. However, I notice that the developers are improving such options little by little.

PROS: Best feature of Firm Central involves the storage of client data in a secured environment. We use this to store all other legal details we have as well. This environment storage also has superb security and accessibility, which means it is perfect for our firm.
CONS: I have nothing to say about the disadvantages of Firm Central. It runs efficiently; and as I’ve mentioned, provides us with a suitable storage option.

PROS: With Firm Central, it is easier for me to let my clients access certain confidential documents. It is also wonderful to note that the calendar in my Firm Central account can sync with my Google Calendar.
CONS: I hope the Firm Central user support service would improve. I’m not satisfied with how they’ve helped me since they do not carefully abide by my schedule.

PROS: One thing I like about Firm Central is its set of amazing features. It has a convenient dashboard for uploading client details, a calendar tool, and some built-in features for accounting and billing. Moreover, I love that it accommodates multiple users in one account. Firm Central also has access to SharePoint connectivity for better uploading of documents among other files. And we can easily share such files for others to open.
CONS: Firm Central doesn’t come with alerts for calendar schedules. Noticeably, it logs out by itself when you leave it idle for some time. We also find it inconvenient to add every user to our account, especially when there are some new employees.
