Fusebill Review

PROS: I like that the user interface is simple to navigate. I find it easy to create new plans and make them live immediately. If I need help, my dedicated rep is always there to provide me prompt and helpful support. I feel that the support agents really care about their customers.

CONS: The vendor is very responsive to customer feedback. I wanted to give permissions to my accountant to access only accounting data. My rep informed Fusebill’s product development about this. And lo, the feature was incorporated in their next release. I really appreciate that the vendor listens to us and adds features as requested.

PROS: In my opinion, Fusebill is an amazing platform and the vendor’s team have a good understanding of business requirements and problems, how to resolve them, and how to improve billing systems.

CONS: I have had no issues with the software, however, the ad-hoc reporting feature could be improved.

PROS: I like the flexibility offered by Fusebill. We use the APIs to integrate billing activity and entitlement into our existing solutions. Finally, the vendor offers caring and patient tech support.

CONS: The vendor updates the app weekly and our feature requests are incorporated without fuss. So, I have nothing to dislike about the app as it does not lack anything.

PROS: I like that the app is easy to use once you get the hang of it. You can set it and forget it and the system will do what’s needed without manual intervention. Plus, the platform offers excellent options for confirming transactions and communicating with customers.

CONS: There are quite a few minus points. There is no second language option. Subscription plans and products are difficult to change or delete once created. Reporting is either too detailed or too simple, it is not flexible. Finally, Fusebill lacks integration with popular cloud accounting systems.

PROS: I love that Fusebill is easy to use and very flexible. It has helped my team save a tremendous amount of time.

CONS: I have no complaints as Fusebill fulfills all my needs and expectations. The responsive and friendly customer support agents have resolved all my issues promptly.

PROS: I love that the user interface is flexible and easy to use. It enables me to use consistent steps for data processing. The APIs are clear and concise.

CONS: The access control feature is excellent. However, I wish I could add a few tweaks to offer more customized access to specific users.

PROS: I commend Fusebill’s top rate team for their help. They helped us become familiar with all aspects of the app before we signed the agreement. It was easy to implement the software and the vendor continued to provide great support afterwards. We are an e-commerce company with complex needs and Fusebill offers the right features for our requirements.

CONS: Currently, they have rollouts every couple of weeks, but I wish they increase the frequency. Their product and team are top notch, so I don’t have any complaints.

PROS: I rate Fusebill highly as it as an agile and flexible billing and payment software. The user interface is intuitive and the app offers powerful reporting features for the needs of small and medium-sized businesses. On top of that, the vendor provides excellent customer support.

CONS: I have no issues and I only wish we had come across this app sooner as we wasted a lot of time running after failed credit cards and overdue invoices.

Before Fusebill, it was difficult to set up promotions and deals and change pricing, but Fusebill makes it simple to make these changes.
