CONS: I wish that they would just make all of the Google apps accessible in G Suite instead of asking users to download all 19 apps separately.

PROS: G Suite gives you access to all of Google's tools with just a few clicks. It's very easy to learn. I love that it anticipates the needs of your team too and helps you make the most out of Google's tools.
CONS: I wish that they would consider a company payment scheme rather than a per-user payment scheme. The costs can easily add up with the current plan.

PROS: G Suite is more than just the sum of its parts. It is a cohesive unit on its own that encourages collaboration to the team that uses it. Here, you can easily share an account with the members of your team and enjoy premium services. First of all, it can let you create and manage your team's domain. This has a slew of extra services that would otherwise not be available to the free version. For example, creating events is possible and easier here at G Suite. You can quickly and efficiently arrange for meetings, exchange notes and documents, and even work on the same file at the same time. It is a brilliant assistant that encourages collaboration and teamwork. You don't have to worry about your files getting breached too. G Suite is completely safe and it goes through all the measures to make sure that your files are protected.
CONS: G Suite can only be accessed where there is a stable internet connection.

PROS: There are probably a dozen reasons why I love using G Suite. For one, I can easily afford it given the budget of my startup company. Another reason that I love G Suite is that it gives me and my team our own working domain. Here we can easily send out emails and utilize other Google tools as we see fit. Did I mention that it's very easy to learn and use too? I was able to get out team space up and running in no time.
CONS: Somehow, Google Drive does not seem to render as cleanly on Android mobile view. This is my only gripe with G Suite.

PROS: G Suite makes creating, sharing, and editing files a lot easier. It also helps us manage our documents more efficiently. Collaboration is possible and a lot more seamless with this tool supporting us too. Keeping track of emails and other user accounts is possible here as well. This is a complete solution that assists us in our day-to-day tasks.
CONS: I wish that G Suite would add an instant messaging app in its suite of tools. It can be a little slow at times too. Despite missing an instant messaging service plus being too slow at times, the price of the whole set is still quite steep. We have been paying for their services every year.

PROS: First of all, I love that G Suite is accessible on just about any operating system, be it Android or Apple. It lets me multi-task and allows me to send emails on my personal account even while logged in to my business account. Hangouts Meet is a favorite feature of mine too. It lets me hold conference calls and record walkthroughs for smooth communication.
CONS: I don't think there is any aspect of G Suite that I particularly don't like.

PROS: I love just how complete this solution is. It is an emailing tool, a database manager, and so much more--all rolled in one. Microsoft is still eons away when it comes to advancement and updates.
CONS: Gmail is no longer as clean as it used to be--there is a lot of unnecessary stuff littered in its interface. Some of the apps need some time getting used to as well.

PROS: G Suite is probably the most complete office toolbox that I've ever used. It has all the tools that I need in one--from emailing to calendar creation, document management and storage, and even instant messaging. It caters to a wide range of office needs that I need on a day-to-day basis at work. I also think that it is great how accessible the tools under G Suite are. They can easily be installed on just about any device, even on mobile! Whatever file or document that I create or share here, I instantly have a back-up of it on Google drive. It is convenient and you'd be hard-pressed to lose any file while you use this robust set of tools. If you want to keep track of and stay on top of deadlines, you can simply log your to-dos on Google Calendar too. As a final note, G Suite has all the office tools that I need at an affordable price.
CONS: G Suite is a reliable tool and I don't think I have come across any major issues while using it.

PROS: What I find most impressive is the storage space that G Suite has given me and my team. It is a tool that we all use at work, and there seems to be an endless supply of storage for us. Of course, we use it for other tasks too such as sending emails and managing our files. I love how we can easily retrieve files even when we are on-the-go. It makes files accessible and secure at the same time. I don't think we have ever lost a file here at G Suite--everything is accounted for and readily available. One can easily learn and make the most out of this suite of tools because the interface is friendly and simple.
CONS: Unfortunately, you can't access and open any file from G Suite if you don't have an internet connection.

PROS: G Suite is a great tool for assisting the submission, revision, and approval of work outputs. It also lets me access my business email and personal email at the same time. I've been enjoying the benefits of this tool so far.

PROS: Kudos to the team over at Google for coming up with this suite of tools. It is a complete toolbox that encourages productivity and continues to keep my files safe and secure. I particularly love how accessible it is. I can be anywhere in the world and I still have access to all of my files...I can edit, finish, and save documents easily on-the-go.
CONS: Just as any cloud-based programs, G Suite is only as good as the internet connection that you hook it up with. With that said, I don't think that there's anything else to complain about this robust set of tools.

PROS: G Suite does not only increase my productivity as an employee, but it also boosts our overall efficiency as a team. It's very user-friendly. It also gives me support and lets me know what email, for example, to address first. One of my favorite tools in its toolbox is Google Meet. It's a brilliant tool for collaboration and brainstorming.
CONS: I use Mac and I have to open each tool on my browser. It would be nice if they were to develop an app specifically for this operating system. Also, I always seem to end up with dozens of windows open whenever I work with this solution. It's no big deal, I just don't like a cluttered workspace.

PROS: G Suite gives me access to a multitude of tools that I need for work. One feature that I particularly like is Google Meet. This is a conferencing tool that lets me easily call and communicate with my co-workers. The business domain to my email account adds a nice touch to my professionalism too.
CONS: It is a little difficult to set up my G Suite account every time I get a new device. Tons of verification still need to be completed.

PROS: I love the professionalism that it lends my email accounts. Through it, I can use my company's domain instead of ending my email address with @gmail.com.
CONS: It took a while to transfer all of my emails to the new domain that I have recently registered. But I do understand the delay because of the bulk of the emails that needed to be transferred.
