PROS: Using Glofox has its own set of advantages in providing overall support to your staff, members, and business. It comes with a list of features that effectively manage your gym or fitness business, including membership sign-ups, online workout classes, payments, advertising, and promotions. All the things that I’m looking for in a platform can be found in Glofox. I no longer have to spend long hours doing admin tasks, and the same goes for my fitness staff.
CONS: The product is excellent and efficient, but I still have some concerns that I wish they would look into. One of my primary issues is that they should give us users an option to add attachments or download files in different formats. They told me that this is still in the works, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed to push through soon.

PROS: I have been running a wellness business for years already, and I never ran out of challenges to face. Even though I’ve been using several platforms, I always encounter issues and complaints coming from both my clients and employees. I tried using a mobile platform before, but sadly most of its features are not working efficiently. I decided to give other apps a try instead of spending money on something that I cannot maximize. I did some research and read some reviews about Glofox, and they were quite impressive. That is why I decided to give things a try by getting the lowest plan. I installed the platform with their support team, who patiently guided me throughout the entire installation process. They were very efficient in answering my questions, which made me like the product even more. I realized that I would not find a customer service team that is more efficient than what Glofox has to offer right now. One of the things that I admire most about Glofox is its capability to innovate by introducing additional features as often as possible, which makes the platform even more efficient and competitive in the market. I created a short survey for my clients to answer. The majority of them love Glofox because it gives them more convenience compared to the old system that I’ve been using. I love that I can organize more classes and online events using Glofox. This means that I can still bring my members close to each other even if they don’t see each other personally. I will continue exploring this product and maximize its potential to build my business.
CONS: This product's reporting side needs more work. There are instances wherein the figures do not coincide with our records/manual count, confusing my staff members. It also has limited collaboration with other sales apps, which I would like to see in the future. So we can easily keep track of our sale items, issue promo codes, and even give out discount vouchers to our clients and track it using Glofox.
An excellent platform for gym owners for everything is consolidated into one system.

PROS: I have been running a fitness studio for years, and I had a hard time looking for a tool to help us put things into place. I enjoy running the business because Glofox keeps everything organized for me. From client records, payment reminders/collection, sales, marketing, and so much more. It didn’t take that long to learn how the app works. Ever since we started using Glofox, our daily operations have been more efficient than before.
CONS: We are currently expanding our operations, and we have plans to provide more perks to loyal customers. I was hoping that Glofox could come up with a feature that would make it easier for us to identify those deserving clients. We hope that it can help us promote our online exercise videos, which is a potential source of income for the company.
I am glad that someone convinced me to switch to Glofox. I have no regrets in making this decision.

PROS: When COVID 19 came in a few months ago, things started to become shaky in our business. I thought that the company would not make it due to some significant changes that we and other industries had to go through. I am pleased that GloFox gave us unwavering support in transitioning our business into the online world so we could continue to keep our clients and gain a handful of new ones. They never ceased to provide us with updates on how to go about specific protocols that would involve our clients and make sure that we are comfortable with this current set up. I want to give a special shout out to their help desk team who stood by our side through thick and thin. I appreciate all of the help, tips, videos, and meetings that you guys organized for our company. We would remain operational without your constant help and support.
CONS: The administrators of Glofox informed us that we are supposed to see significant changes and upgrades on the product specs stating early to mid-2020. We were too excited to see these features that we started informing our clients about it, but it's been four months, and nothing came. I guess that as a client, we should learn to adjust our expectations, especially if there is a pandemic going on. But as a service provider, I think that Glofox should hold on to its promise to keep their clients satisfied. It isn't very pleasant because our customers have been asking us about the new features. Up to this date, we could not give them a definite timeline for these things. I have been addressing Glofox's online booking system, wherein it doesn't allow club members to book multiple sessions successfully. Many clients prefer to book classes 1-2 weeks in advance to manage their schedules efficiently. The problem is that this doesn't apply to all customers, which causes chaos and multiple complaints. I wish that Glofox can develop a standard booking process that involves "ALL ACTIVE and PAYING CLIENTS" to be fair to everyone. If everyone is in the same place, my staff would have to deal with angry clients and repeatedly explain things. As a business owner, I would like Glofox to fix their booking issues because I would like to retain my current headcount for the online classes. If they don't do something about this, there is a possibility that my company would lose more clients. This is due to not giving the option to book classes a month in advance.

PROS: I appreciate the support that I’m getting from their CS team members. They make sure to provide personalized help and will make sure that each issue gets resolved 100%. It’s seldom to find excellent service, but Glofox is consistent when it comes to this.
CONS: I wish that they could send bulk emails to remind clients about their payments. I find it hard to talk to them one by one because its time consuming and its also awkward at the same time.

PROS: There are many reasons why I decided to get a long time subscription with Glofox, and one of them is to make things more manageable in the workplace. The ratio of my staff versus my clients is about 1:20, and there are times when the number can increase, which can be very overwhelming on our end. I like Glofox because we are still able to continue our business operation despite the pandemic by shifting our operations from face to face and eventually transitioning into online classes and fitness coaching sessions. I can say that Glofox plays a considerable part in the success of our business. We can still cater to the needs of our existing and new clients by providing them with high quality and personalized coaching sessions through online video calls. Our clients are also happy that they can still push through with their usual fitness routine without needing to live their homes and risk their health in an outdoor setting. Going online is indeed a great idea, and thanks to Glofox for helping us stay afloat despite these trying times.
CONS: Glofox should improve their scheduling services to avoid getting negative feedback from our VIP and long time clients. Since they have been with us for a long time, they expect that certain things the company would do for them automatically. One of them is the renewal of annual memberships, remind them of their work our sessions, make online reservations, and so on forth. However, the system is not yet equipped to do some of those things, which causes disappointment on our client's end and leaving us with no choice but to fix the issue manually.

PROS: I learned so much from the webinar. The speaker knew what he was talking about that convinced me that Glofox is worth my hard-earned money. I was able to come up with a list of questions, and all of them were answered in an informative manner. Their customer service is above average, and I hope that it stays that way.
CONS: I was able to watch the product presentation, and I honestly find it too fast-paced. The presenter should have slowed down a little bit so his viewers can easily catch up with the topics. Screen size should also be adjusted so the speaker can be seen clearly and keep the audience engaged. On a positive note, the topics are quite interesting and worth watching. The video lasted for more than an hour, and the facilitators did an excellent job of organizing this online webinar.

PROS: Things are more comfortable with Glofox. No need to sit for hours to plan schedules, which I’m not good at. Also, I don’t have to remind members to settle their outstanding balances and other fees; I find it awkward. Glofox found a better way to collect payments on time. Processes are simplified, which is all for the convenience of the clients.
CONS: There are instances where the system becomes too slow. It’s frustrating, but the good thing is that it doesn’t last that long.

PROS: Glofox is a hassle-free platform that you and your employees can quickly adapt to. Plus, the team behind the product has always been helpful and proactive; that is why I decide to stick with this product.
CONS: I encounter system issues whenever they update the platform. The tendency is that the app would freeze at some point or stop working for several hours. They should address this concern because it affects our productivity and our revenue.

PROS: Managing my gym requires me to be there more than eight hours a day, and that kind of set-up is very tiring and stressful. Glofox serves as my assistant, which helps me manage things better. It allows me to multitask by booking an online class with my coaches, keeping track of membership records, collections, etc. It also comes with a reliable reporting site that gives me a better and bigger perspective of what’s going on in my business.
CONS: Glofox is not as smooth sailing as I thought it would be. Glitches happen almost every month, and sometimes it affects our operations causing us to have severe backlogs. Although you can always call support for help, you need extra patience because it takes some time to talk to a rep.

CONS: Glofox tends to update its system without early notice. This causes the entire system to slow down or crash, which causes inconvenience to the management and clients. We would appreciate a heads up so we can set up a backup plan.

PROS: Very user friendly, easy to navigate, and easy to make changes at the same time. We utilize Glofox to help our clients' schedule and book classes using zoom and the internet to continue their fitness routine at the comfort of their own home. It's easy to get in touch with customer service, which makes the product more appealing to me. A couple of weeks ago, I spoke to Thais to discuss some ongoing issues regarding the system and process. She was very patient in explaining things to me.
CONS: The system has its limitations when it comes to booking online classes. If multiple clients would like to book a particular workout class, then the system will not allow it to push through. It only has to be under one name, and email add. That person is responsible for informing or reminding the other participants of the scheduled event. There are instances where people forget it, so we have to set a reminder to give them a call one hour before the class.
