PROS: I have found that this IDE is extremely useful tool in my developing in Java. I like that i can easily refactor code while developing. I really like its various presentation options and I personally like the darcula therem and the code pops from the background is straightforward.
CONS: It makes developing in Java easy and interesting process. I really don’t have dislikes about this tool.

PROS: I like that I can do everything from the keyboard and it includes every possible shortcut that is fully configurable and huge amount of tricks so I can do some repetitive task easily. I like the support of JVM languages. The other thing that I like are the constant improvements of the software, each few months they release some helpful features.
CONS: I have experienced that the compilation process slows down for no reason but this happens from time to time. When it comes to price, it is pretty expensive tool. Also, the support for non JVM languages is either nonexistent or regular.

PROS: I love IntelliJ the best compared to other Java IDE's. It supports a wide array of platforms like that of Spring and JBoss. It integrates well with our source control solution too. It also has the best Kotlin development tool.
CONS: It's hard to learn how to use it because of all the complex features and plugins. It's also not as intuitive as I expected it to be. Creating an executable JAR file is harder than what I'm used to.

PROS: It allows me to reconstruct the Hot-swap feature. This gives me less work time while executing bug fixes. It's refreshing to see my codes compiled at a faster rate without having to wait for almost an hour.
CONS: The subversion cache doesn't refresh properly. It also uses a lot of memory, making development slower.
I am absolutely pleased with this tool

PROS: I used to hate Java but IntelliJ IDEA changed all that. It helped me work with Java with ease compared to other complicated software. The community version of IntelliJ is useful for any task and the Ultimate version gives you useful upgrades for enterprise-level projects. I'd recommend the community version if you're still a beginner and want to learn.
CONS: Some upgrades don't work. Sometimes it makes it unstable. It can be fixed by a quick reinstallation though.

PROS: It can detect errors and suggest corrections. It also supports a lot of languages and allows viewing of code through browsers. The interface is also very easy to use. Its best feature is when there's an unsupported language, it automatically installs a plugin for code interpretation.
CONS: It can be slow especially if you're editing files in different windows. The autosaving feature also presents some problems.

PROS: It has a responsive interface making it easier to use compared to its competitors. The Module System is also a relatively new idea that no other competitor has done. The auto-complete of code and keyboard shortcuts are also very useful. I use these features most often.
CONS: It is not for beginners though, some of its features are complex needing some time to get familiarized with. You need to have at least some experience in coding if you want to use IntelliJ IDEA. I also don't recommend using it for small scale projects.

Ease of Use
PROS: I like that in our organization we use one tool for coding, and fortunatelly we use Intellij Idea. It offers great set of features and refactoring shortcuts for renaming, extracting and tracking unused methods. It has testing inytegration and our developers spend some time in writuing tests. I like the buildscript integrations with Maven, Ant and Gradle. Also, it has customizable templates with shortcusts included. The other thing that I like is the fact that integrates well with front-end code.
CONS: When starting up or indexing it can be bulky, but this is because the tool has so much power within.
I highly recommend this solution for coding

PROS: With this tool I can build code with any language PHP, Scala, Python even Javascript even for mobile apps. I like that integrates with Docker so I can easily track any issues. The Automated formatting provides great code style. And the support of bash, ini, Dockerfile, Puppet are useful when we have to deal with some remote scripts. There is great database structure visualization for it.
CONS: If you have lack of memory then you can feel this tool overwhelmed because it has l0ot of plugins and modules. Also, it takes some time to load up and when switchi9ng between project.

PROS: It's the best IDE! I can honestly say that. It's easier to write codes and is very functional. I'd recommend IntelliK to anyone.
CONS: It's hard to import files and there are some bugs whenever we upgrade versions. The good thing though is IntelliJ fixes these bugs fast whenever we report them. It's also not very stable because of all its advanced features.

PROS: The UI is well-design and includes keyboard shortcuts and great code completion. It has duplicate detection, and refactoring concept is design so it can be applied from everywhere starting from Java classes in pom.xml files, properties files and etc. I also like that it has powerful integration with Version Control Systems.
CONS: When the project is big the indexing is slow, it has weak support for German keyboard, it needs to compile entire project to run an executable even if you’re using the Maven integration. In addition, there is weak support for GNOME and some shortcuts doesn’t work as expected and it requires to disable some GNOME keyboard shortcuts so you can take an advantage of product’ shortcuts.

PROS: IDEA is robust and fast Java IDE. It integrates well with maven, git, web languages, etc. And it provides great solutions for lot of cases. I used other tool similar to this one and I didn’t have great experience with it and I had lot of problems. As soon as I switched to IDEA I haven’t run into those problems. It doesn’t require having complete syntax tree of the project.
CONS: This tool doesn’t prevent you from making compile errors that would show up when the project is completed.
