What is InvoMax?

InvoMax is an automotive shop management that is designed  for businesses in the automotive maintenance and repair industry.  The automotive software solution has been providing its customers with a point of sales system that covers the generation of detailed sales and tax reports, print windshield stickers, VIN decoder, automatic warranty tracking and profit monitoring, job kits, and email and cellphone service reminders. The software aims to aid automotive shop operators to deliver quality customer service for the growth of their business and offer them the tools that would assist them in managing  their daily operations.

However, the software provider of  InvoMax, Hunnicutt Software has just made an official announcement that it  is now merging with eGenuity, a company that has been providing software solutions to a large footprint of users in the Quick Lube and Car Wash Industry. As a result, InvoMax  is currently being upgraded with the promise of offering a complete suite of automotive software solutions with enhanced functionalities and speed. Since it is now partnering with eGenuity, InvoMax would be offering a stronger technology with marketing and management tools, apps, customer correspondence, data resources and other more.

Overview of InvoMax Benefits

InvoMax is now a part of eGenuity, and it accommodates and promotes the point of sale systems and product lines of the latter.  

eGenuity is highlighting its Gift Card Program which enables operators to sell gift cards through an online store. As part of its marketing functionalities, it is said that establishing a gift card program has more potentialities  to increase the revenue of automotive shops rather than paper certificate programs specifically those in the Car Wash and Car Lube industry. The Gift Card Program that eGenuity is offering has the capability to create custom gift card packages or combo packs wherein different goods and services could be placed in a single gift card. Gift Cards could be sold both for fixed and variable amounts.

eGenuity/IvoMax also features a labor management functionality. With this, schedules of shop employees could be viewed easily through the employee scheduler; eliminating the occurrence of over scheduling. Filter options are also provided enabling users to select how they want to view the schedules of their employees.  The tracking of hours and overtime time is also made possible instantly through this functionality. Hence, operators and automotive shop administrator or HR personnel would be able to verify all overtime rendered by their employees and avoid overtime payments that would cause them wasting money and resources. Another thing that could be monitored is their sales performance. Here, users would be able to view the number of tickets they sold, the add-ons  for each ticket, and the net sales per ticket. The tracking of sales could also be filtered by “This Hour”, “Last Hour”, or “All Day.”

Meanwhile, eGenuity/InvoMax also has an inventory management feature which is available in a form of a module that configures automatically according to the number of shop an operator or business owner is managing. If it just a single shop, the inventory features would instantly stripped down. The ordering and receiving is automated in this module as well as the transferring of items from one store to another. Another functionality in the inventory module is the bulk updating of cost or price and bulk adjusting of quantities. When it comes to managing reorders, the system provides multiple options to generate and speed up the reordering. This feature promotes better management breeds and thus resulting to a better automotive shop business.
