PROS: I have a health and food stores in NM. We have been using Ovvi for over a year. Ovvi has many reports but we really love the profit margin report. This is by far has been my favorite asset of their system. Of course it does countless other things. We also like their Global change module where you can increase or decrease pricing for products by categories with one click of a button. This is far more advance system than what we were used to using for so many years. Their e-commerce solution is fantastic and it sync directly with our POS.
