Protect Your Emails from Phishing Attacks

DKIM is a method of authenticating emails using a digital signature. With this method, you get the opportunity to add a private key to an email header, enabling you to electronically sign the emails you’re sending out. The mail server that received the email, then, looks for the public key required for reading the digital signature. 

Both these keys are listed in the DKIM record you set up for your own email domain or one which is being used by a sending source or provider you’re working with. Using KDMARC’s DKIM tool, you can easily generate multiple DKIM records for various email domains and sending sources and come up with different ways of matching public and private keys. This capability prevents malicious entities from tampering or altering any data found in your emails. At the same time, this eliminates the possibility of having your emails moved to the trash or spam folders of your recipients’ mailbox. 

Lastly, the platform lets you generate DMARC records for your email domains. These records contain various sets of policies and rules that instruct ISPs and mailbox providers what they should do with emails that fail alignment, authentication, and security checks.
