A. Signing Scenario for Sales teams

1. A company would like to take part in a promotion publication of products for sale. This publication is provided by another company-reseller of different software.
2. Companies agreed to sign a contract for this paid publication.
3. A Company (publisher) creates a contract in KeepSolid Sign app, assigns a signer or a few of them (a signer can use a fixed order for signers to sign the contract) and send the contract for signing with a message that shortly describes the previous communication.
4. Signer (s) receives an email from KeepSolid Sign app with the contract for signing and the message from a publisher.
5. In case signer (s) doesn’t sign the contract for some time, he receives a reminder to sign the contract.
6. Signer clicks a button in the email that opens KeepSolid Sign browser app with the contract.
7. Signer follows arrows where his signature and/or initials need to be placed.
8. Publisher receives an email with the information that contract was signed.

B. Signing partner agreements involving lawyers from both parties

You can use KeepSolid Sign when you need your business partners to sign your agreement. Apart from an author of the agreement – it can be your sales manager or business development specialist, and a person from the partner’s side, who is in charge to sign it, lawyers of both parties are included as observers – they receive the agreement as well and get notifications about its status. You send the document with a personal message. Afterwards, when a second party (your partner) signs the agreement, everyone involved has access to it.

C. Signing Scenario for realtors

1. A realtor meets a regular customer, communicate with him and shows an apartment for rent.
2. The customer would like to have some extra time to make a decision about renting. The realtor doesn’t mind but warns the customer that he has a day to make a decision because other people would like to rent this apartment if this client refuses.
3. After the meeting and observing the apartment, the customer receives an email with an agreement about rent for signing.
4. The apartment couldn’t be rented by another person if the customer and his guarantor sign the agreement within 24 hours.
5. The customer decides to rent this apartment and opens KeepSolid Sign app. He has had deals with this realtor previously and signing agreements with KeepSolid Sign is usual for both.
6. In the agreement, the customer needs to enter his signature and full name in stated fields.
7. After this customer’s guarantor receives this agreement for signing automatically via email, sign it and the deal is completed.
