What is Kickidler?
Kickidler is an employee monitoring software that has full computer forensics capabilities. It lets you monitor your employees’ activities all the time to make sure that they are productive on company time and money.
To ensure that employees are focused on tasks assigned to them, the software allows you to configure work violation rules. This could include a visit to a certain site, a low rate of work activity, the launch of a nonwork-related application, or a certain period of idle time.
Kickidler also offers self-monitoring tools, allowing employees to receive notifications about work irregularities and view productivity reports by themselves. In addition, supervisors have the option to send these violation notifications via email.
With this software, you can also make certain that no security breach happens by watching your workers’ movements vigilantly. In case you spot something suspicious, you can immediately take over control of a computer to prevent further actions. With stealth mode, no icon and task manager processes are required.
Additionally, Kickidler can also give you an idea on which time of the day your employees are most productive through graphical reports. With this data on hand, you can determine how to motivate your workforce for them to maintain a steady level of productivity.

Live Monitoring
Kickidler does not just take screenshots for review at the end of a shift. Controlled User Permissions

Also, monitor recordings mean that you can review past actions in case someone produces errors in the program so they can be corrected. Optionally, you can use this feature for investigations of suspicious or fraudulent activities.

PROS: The best part of the software was real-time monitoring and keylogger which detects data leakage and sends automated notifications. It has other great tools, e.g. employee rating and remote control which has saved us.
CONS: I guess the mobile variant isn\\\\\\\'t available for now but they are developing it now.

PROS: Kickidler is by far the best employee monitoring software we've ever used. Specifically, I like its time tracking feature, real time monitoring, ability to share screen, and its friendly interface. It's definitely reliable when it comes to monitoring what employees are doing during their working hours and making sure no time was being wasted.
CONS: The platform does not offer email monitoring and traffic monitoring features. It would be great if they'd consider adding these features. Aside from that, I don't like the cloud options for server.

PROS: The introduction of the program has significantly increased the productivity of our employees. Installation is very simple and takes minimal time. At any time you can get information about what your employees are busy with. Very convenient reporting system, which saves time when analyzing employees' working hours. PROS: easy to master, provides such important function as an online – monitoring, numerous reports on the working time and quiet a reasonable price (by purchasing a 1-year license or a lifetime license). The program enables a constant surveillance of the company, a permanent knowledge of occupation of every member of the virtual team and of all those absent at the workplace. A tougher monitoring provides the possibility to overview the user actions history of employees and to analyze which Websites they actually visited. The feature of violations’ control was particularly impressing – I can specify the Websites, the programs and the files, which opening shall be recorded in the history, which in its turn shall be displayed on the video.
CONS: presents certain small shortcomings, but the major disadvantage for us is the absence of a cloud-hosted version of the program. In my view this would represent a crucial factor for bigger remote teams than ours.

PROS: Essentially, this program helped us solve a problem that is a very sore subject for our company – control and analysis of employees' behavior. Kickidler's function of online monitoring transparently displays all employees. You can always see who's doing what, it doesn't take a lot of time, and it's extremely effective. Another very useful function is screen recording. Also Kickidler has a terrific customer service.
CONS: It doesn't have provided cloud for placement of the server, that's a downside. There is no integration with Outlook.
