PROS: Their services are amazing. Especially the Heatmap product. It is a super cool product to identify which aspects of your websites visitors like or dislike. The Heatmap analytics really helped us to better understand our visitors and improve our website to reach the maximum amount of people. Within a month we had 10K new visitors on our website after we improved our website based on insights from Heatmaps tool.

CONS: There is nothing to dislike. Their products are amazing.
