PROS: It simplifies payment processing as can write checks that post via credit card or can ACH. Love the bill scanning but you need to make sure all the info is properly captured, esp if more than one address etc appears on the bill.
CONS: Some vendor addresses would not validate and support never responded or seemed to even acknowledge. One vendor payment was misplaced and it took us weeks to remedy at great effort on our part.
