PROS: After discovering Mirrorfly by another client and having discussions with the team, they built us our own chat in app. Their integration elevated our platform to a competent space, rich with the latest mirrorfly features, ensuring an enhanced Chat experience for our users.

CONS: It'd be fantastic to see more AI-based features, although overall, it's an incredible platform.

PROS: MirrorFly is a perfect choice for entrepreneurs looking to seamlessly integrate chat and calling experiences into any type of app.

CONS: So far, I haven't encountered any drawbacks. The experience has been truly enjoyable.

PROS: As a startup, we were on the lookout for building chat into our app with an unique and aesthetically pleasing theme. Fortunately, we came across MirrorFly and their UIKit SDK catered to our exact needs. By providing not just the low-code SDKs with core chat features, the UI entity powers integration of the features in a pre-defined UI that is appealing and creative. Extremely satisfied with the offering and our users are loving the chat features on our app too.

CONS: The suite, its SDKs are quite user-friendly that they can be deployed by any business with the help of the documentation and tutorials provided.

PROS: With no doubt, I can definitely say that my self-built application is transformed into an interactive space delivering constant interaction between teams.

PROS: Teaming up with MirrorFly has been enterprising There is absolute high degree of flexibility and performance with the premium chat SDKs no matter of the business use case that you dealing with.

PROS: The chat SDKs are well-written documentation which undergo timely updates and I think that’s a major factor for my business.

PROS: Having used CONTUS MirrorFly’s APIs & SDKs for in-app chat implementations, we quite like how these integrations fit well into our app like a second glove. Very much appreciate their ease of implementation.

PROS: Secure chat, audio, video communication via end-to-end encryption. Swift file transfer and exchange of information across devices

CONS: We haven’t encountered any issues with the application till date.

PROS: My favorite feature is the one with “easy search option with regards to issues and items search”. Other similar tools don't have such robust features thus, it helps me to get my issues prioritized during the search.

CONS: No automatic message sending option. Sometimes there is a little delay in receiving message notifications.

PROS: CONTUS MirrorFly has immensely improved the range of communication between the professors and students. I would definitely recommend MirrorFly to anyone. That said, in my experience, it takes some time to work through the set-up process, but you need to set-aside plenty of time and ensure that the things are working properly. I have suggested CONTUS MirrorFly APIs to many of our clients and they have experienced a great response and business with this. It has the feature of voice, video, and much more. This API can be the best option for your E-learning Apps.

PROS: CONTUS Mirrorfly is a great solution for Chat API. Super easy to set up and it really helps to drive customer engagement. Documentation is fantastic, in just a few hours we were able to create a prototype app that could chat with users. We use CONTUS Mirrorfly Chat API to inform our audience of key deadlines and extension dates in the application process.

CONS: The notification trigger messages are quite good, but could always be a little better.

PROS: Our product relies heavily on the messaging aspect, so we chose our chat SDK really carefully. Before settling on MirrorFly, We tried about 10 different chat SDKs. MirrorFly was the clear choice for us due to how customizable and flexible it is. This flexibility gave us the freedom to easily build many features using their SDK. MirrorFly is still evolving. We sometimes experience service issues and interruptions from time to time. However, their customer support is really amazing and they have been extremely helpful. They even built specific features we suggested.

CONS: Pricing is Expensive compared to Other Providers Because MirrorFly is one the self hosted software.

PROS: I find it hard to remember life before MirrorFly. We all worked in a single open plan office but, like most offices, still communicated predominantly from our desks. Our go to IM tool was Skype and it was an easy way for conversations to get siloed. MirrorFly brought those conversations out into the open, made them discoverable and brought in automations to make them richer.

CONS: Not open prices as they provide different prices to different customers. Some core features are missing with different platform
