PROS: It is easy for our team to oversee our servers' activity and our computers and database without the need to run multiple tracking apps in the background. Netcrunch is easy to learn, plus it does not require much space to use it 24/7. You can easily track downtime issues and address them right away.
CONS: Does not work well on all servers. There are times when computers with non-compatible servers would auto shut down while in the middle of performing its usual tasks.

PROS: The feature set is incredible, and very in-depth. It takes features that others may have, but expands them to actually make them useful and informative. Automatic corrective actions (instead of just alerts) to let you restart services, run scripts, etc. lets an experienced admin automate most of their daily tasks as well.
CONS: It's overkill for smaller networks, say 10-20 devices.

PROS: The dashboard is straightforward to understand and not complicated at all. System alerts are also sent in advance, giving you time to fix any issues and prevent downtime.
CONS: Limited integrations with other IT software which can be frustrating. We want to maximize Netcruch; however, some existing features seems to be not yet fully developed.
