PROS: Since we enlisted back in 2024, Octopuspro has been essential to our daily operations. Our Sales Team can effectively access the leads created in the pipeline thanks to the platform's high level of user-friendliness. I also like how simple it is to use the reporting part. The reports are readily available for customization to meet our business requirements and the objectives set for our sales staff, and they are simple to export.

CONS: There is nothing that we dislike about Octopuspro so far.

PROS: What feature of Octopuspro is the most beneficial? With just a few clicks, I can easily purchase alternative numbers for various nations, states, and areas. I appreciate that I may select area codes to obtain particular cities and suburbs. This is quite helpful because calls are frequently flagged as spam on the caller ID nearly immediately. By selecting the area code, I can be extremely particular about where I'm calling.

CONS: There are a lot of options to choose from, I just don't use what I don't need.

PROS: Managing a large team of technicians that do different types of services across different cities and locations. Advanced booking forms and custom fields for services with prices set up for to generate accurate quotes easily. The customer portal allows customers to book their services themselves quite easily. Also the app is amazing and so easy for our technicians to use to get notifications about their bookings and update their booking statuses, as well as invoice and charge the client by credit card on the spot. Ability to manage multiple calendars quite easily in one screen.

CONS: We wish there was a drag and drop on the calendar but we understand it's difficult to do as OctopusPro allows for events on the calendar that could have multiple visits and also multiple fieldworkers assigned so a drag and drop feature won't be possible due to the complexity of the functionality the software provides.
