What is OKKAMI?

OKKAMI is a digital guest engagement platform used by businesses in the hospitality industry to better guest experience, improve customer communication and staff management, and increase revenue.

The platform allows you to implement a contactless guest experience. Hotel guests can upload information online before checking in, use mobile keys to access booked rooms, and order meals, and request room services without making phone calls or approaching the staff in person.

Touchless Guest Experience

OKKAMI helps you improve customer satisfaction by enabling a touchless guest experience. For example, before checking in at the hotel, guests can already submit all information and documents needed for check-in, such as a passport photo and TM6 arrival card. This expedites your check-in process, as guests no longer have to waste their time filling in information at the front desk. 

OKKAMI allows guests to view digital menus and place orders from any location using its mobile app. Moreover, they can control in-room devices and components directly from their own mobile phones, eliminating the need to press any wall buttons or use traditional remote controls. Guests can also chat with staff in real-time even if they aren’t present on-site and don’t share the same native language with them. 

Request Management

The guest engagement platform provides features that enhance how your teams handle and fulfill guest requests. Staff can easily assign work orders and tickets to team members without communicating with them face-to-face. All guest requests and staff assignments are displayed on a dashboard. 

Thus, you can see the team member to whom the request is assigned, the location where the team member is designated, the delivery or room service item requested by the guest, and the request’s status. Customer Communication 

OKKAMI gives you the ability to communicate with potential and current customers in a timely, personalized, and targeted way. For instance, you can communicate special promotions to specific audiences through notifications that are automatically delivered to them at scheduled times.
