Omnigo Review

PROS: Very friendly for users, including those who have just used the platform. This is perfect for my work as a supervisor in a dispatch team.

CONS: Calling for technical support is somehow problematic. Although, the system seems to improve on this concern.

PROS: Omnigo is already a robust reporting tool when I used this a few years ago in my previous job in a dispatch team. Now, I’m using this again in my new job, and I’ve noticed that it has accumulated a lot of wonderful upgrades. Omnigo also has a reliable helpdesk team that has helped us through integration, training and regular assistance. I haven’t stumbled on some other tool that is as wonderful as Omnigo, and one that has very professional support.

CONS: I’ve yet to encounter any problem when using Omnigo. All of its reporting and dispatch functionalities among other features are great. We can conveniently collect quality raw data from the tool as well.

PROS: The tool is truly reliable for generating professional and clear reports. In fact, reports that we pull from Omnigo are used in different court cases regarding people linked to certain criminal incidents. It also has some other useful functions such as a ticketing system.

CONS: Omnigo lacks customization options. Improving such points would make the tool more suitable for our team.

PROS: Omnigo is a very adaptable reporting tool that we can fully personalize according to our demands. The tech support team is also very helpful and responsive when catering to our inputs. They always help us in tweaking Omnigo according to what we need. This is a leading option in the market today!

CONS: We often stumble on errors and interruptions when using Omnigo. Such problems persist in our office, and they sometimes affect our operations.

PROS: This has improved our communication in managing security and incident reports. It provides a smooth communication link between the enforcement authorities and the people in the community. As a result, it is easy to deliver details about certain violations in an exact given place.

CONS: I find no disadvantage with Omnigo. It’s very efficient in helping me handle and control crimes and violations.

PROS: Very flexible and super smooth to use. It also has handy options in the reporting feature. This is perfect for churning out the best visualization regarding our activities, which is helping us submit high quality and professional reports to the higher-ups.

CONS: It’s not that easy to learn. However, everything becomes very smooth once a user learns how to control the platform.

PROS: Omnigo has a lot of useful modules on its platform. This makes Omnigo extremely wonderful for our daily functions here.

CONS: It has insufficient features for non-sworn teams. This makes it somehow not enough for us in a public safety unit. I also hope it has a more efficient lost and found feature. That should include all items that we keep, then we can simply remove an item from the list when somebody claims it.

PROS: Omnigo has very reasonable pricing, especially when weighing all the great features it offers. And we have easily enjoyed all of its functions straight from the start.

CONS: We have faced some issues when giving specific permissions or authorizations. Nevertheless, we have learned how to handle such minor inconveniences.

PROS: Omnigo is a professional and convenient platform that is very helpful for leadership and management tasks. It helps in collecting data efficiently, especially that it directly connects CAD to officer reports. You can grab data from either of the two points too. Moreover, I commend the reliability of the customer support service in helping us address some issues in the system. They skillfully work with our own staff to help in handling solutions and updates.

CONS: The seat licensing deal is too pricy and problematic especially when one of our staff missed to log out from their account after a work shift. This means less one seat for the team to use, thus others often fail to log in at the start of their shift. Thankfully, we’ve upgraded to the unlimited deal.

PROS: Omnigo is an easy to access tool that I can use on any computer with an internet connection. This lets me check reports anytime, even while at home, especially when necessary. The platform is very customizable too, which means I can tweak its UI to fit our demands.

CONS: Creating quarterly reports and executing analytic tasks in Omnigo are somehow hard to learn. However, things have become smooth after having a good grip over the tool.

PROS: The user and technical support team are always open to user recommendations and comments. Then, we often observe some recommendations having fruitful results in the platform through changes and updates.

CONS: Better control of the admin dashboard would be helpful to fit law enforcement needs. This can solve some restriction issues that we encounter. Also, I have noticed that the customer support service is quite difficult to connect with. Nonetheless, they are really responsive and helpful once they’ve answered our call.

PROS: All members of our team can easily take down any activity and file official reports through Omnigo. We greatly appreciate the guard tour model too, wherein the system routinely checks an area that requires constant and repeated monitoring.

CONS: Nothing not to like with Omnigo. This reporting tool is really perfect for our team.

PROS: Omnigo delivers a great user experience to us because of its usage convenience and powerful functionalities. This enables us to complete a lot of daily tasks such as creating, tracking and issuing reports efficiently.

CONS: It’s difficult to search for some entries in the platform because you must use exactly similar spelling and format to an item. When you search for a postal code, for example, “X1X 1X1” won’t appear when you’ve typed in “X1X-1X1”. Yes, you can solve this by implementing an office protocol of using a certain format for a specific type of entries. However, it would be best if the platform only accepts a certain format, and shows an error when a user doesn’t follow it.

PROS: This tool sits well with our student photo platform. It helps transfer directory details as well as for connecting past subjects to each other. The fact that it runs on the web is also a big advantage. This enables our security contractors to create reports right in their company, and then they simply deliver it through the tool. Subsequently, our in-house security team has great convenience when accessing and writing such reports too.

CONS: Being a tool that runs on the web is also a problem. This makes the tool vulnerable to becoming slow or experiencing downtimes now and then.
