PROS: The UI is really user friendly. Super easy to write job posts with the available templates. Also, a job can be posted across various job boards and social media pages with few clicks. Searching candidates from the resume database and contacting them via e-mail is an uncomplicated process.

PROS: It is an incredible tool and I recommend it to all staffing providers. Very user-friendly and it helps me to keep all data safe. We able to manage a huge resume database.
CONS: Some times it misses the required skills which we put over the string. It could be a better if it fetches accurate profiles with the required skills.
