PROS: We love how high-quality the image is. Map file's customizability is also very helpful in our work. And most of all, since there are so many people using the application, we can easily find solutions for our problems related with it on online forums like Stack Overflow.
CONS: It's not the easiest tool in the shed to learn mainly because I'm not really familiar with web language like CSS and HTML. This means I have to learn a thing or two about the field before actually using the system effectively.
