PROS: Its design and efficiency are useful for my role in the legal firm. It allows us to keep client information centralized and easy to access.

CONS: Sometimes I would encounter issues wherein functions would be stuck and I had to reboot my system to have it back up again. Hopefully, if it's feasible, I want to be able to print the latest entries only rather than have the multiple ones that I don't really need.

PROS: Through PC Law, you are able to monitor schedules and all other financial matters. An easier and effective way of customer management.

CONS: I like everything except its high price. We did not upgrade to the latest model yet because the cost is fairly high.

PROS: Such an accurate and user-friendly software that you're able to conveniently navigate.

CONS: It's important to understand it's interface for it to be effectively useful for you.

PROS: Good storage for all necessary information and generates reliable receipts.

CONS: The operating system is somewhat obsolete, thus harder to operate. I suggest making improvements on that.

PROS: I love the feature to quickly generate copies of customer reports and payments simultaneously. And even conveniently make changes if necessary.

CONS: The program seems to malfunction at times and oftentimes, it's difficult to access time.

PROS: A one-stop shop to maintain customer service quality and manage reports and payments. Its software caters to all facets important in a legal firm's operations. The quality of service provided by the support team is the best and is very commendable. Great customer experience!

CONS: There are a number of areas that need improvement. While there are several functions, it's not easy to operate. There are excessive keys to configure the system and make it work. Some tutorials will be helpful to familiarize its functionalities. Furthermore, transmitting data through a digital system takes longer especially if your provider and computer system isn't really fully capable.

PROS: An efficient way to schedule transactions and conveniently input times.

CONS: Sometimes, it suddenly stops working giving us a hard time redoing everything from the start.

PROS: The features are great in monitoring time and it generates accounting data.

CONS: Oftentimes it's not easy to navigate and prone to errors. If possible, make it easier to use, understand and operate.

PROS: The greatest thing I like is it's very user-friendly. Budget and accounting management are easily and perfectly done!

CONS: None at the moment. I like everything!

PROS: It's great that I'm able to revert and re-display reports and make changes. It's really easy to use and simple to understand. You can easily switch tasks and move freely.

CONS: The issue is when you press enter, all reports are then submitted. It's problematic as it puts all on the site.

PROS: Efficiently helps in monitoring targets, timesheets and accounting management such as payments and collections.

CONS: None at the moment. I like everything about PCLaw.
