A legal management system created specifically for small and mid-sized practices, Rocket Matter delivers a means for their users to enhance the accuracy of the invoices, and shorten the time required to make them. The system also offers top document management functionality, making it simple for lawyers to store all essential documents in a single location. This document management module comes with a drag-and-drop functionality, as well as integration with Dropbox, Box, and other popular systems.
Being a web-based platform, lawyers can access Rocket Matter from their iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Windows, and any other web-enabled device. This feature ensures that they have control and access to their business and manage their time and expenses from any location.

Rocket Matter is created to be straightforward and easy, as evidenced by its very user-friendly interface. The platform simplifies basic tasks, such as creating new tasks and scheduling appointments, and assigning them. You can also rank their tasks according to priority and delegate them to other attorneys in their office. With Rocket Matter, logging your billable time as accurate as you can for each task becomes a breeze. This translates to effortless timekeeping and client billing as well. While designed to be easy for actual use, Rocket Matter nevertheless provide user training 10 times a week.
Like many of its competitors, Rocket Matter comes with a standalone stopwatch-like feature that you can deploy to help you accurately record the time you spent on work. Once you are done with your task, you can stop the timer and assign the time to a matter.
Rocket Matter makes email organization easy and painless by creating folders to organize matter-specific emails. Once you receive an email, you can them send that email into a particular matter and its stays there. The system features email synchronization with imap email address (i.e., Gmail and Outlook / Microsoft Exchange should work).
It also offers integration with popular business systems including calendar applications and emails such as Google Calendar and Outlook, enabling lawyers users to sync their calendars with Rocket Matter to share information between the two. Rocket Matter also syncs smoothly with Quickbooks. This particular integration enables users to send their accounts payable and receivable information to their PC-based Quickbooks software. That said, it is important to note that the vendor charges $15 for the ability to sync Rocket Matter and Quickbooks. This is a one-time charge.

PROS: incredibly user-friendly and the transitions are smooth. I can easily locate files in the database.
