PROS: What I like best about Quinyx is that we no longer manually do employees schedule on paper. With the software, scheduling has become fully automated and what's more, employees can access it anytime and anywhere using just their mobile devices. It also allows them to make an inquiry or request for leaves using the system, which is very efficient.

CONS: Since the software already provides automatic data, it would have been better if it has more functions such as automatically processing payroll for schedules added manually.

PROS: Among the best things about Quinyx is its wide range of features, simplicity, and ease of use. We are able to create schedules in a breeze. The product is also constantly updated so it’s great that we’re able to enjoy the latest functionalities always.

CONS: The insights don’t work well with us as well as the cost follow-up. It would be great if they improve the said functionalities of the product. The interface also needs improvement.

PROS: Quinyx generally makes employee management easier. I can immediately know when we lack enough staff, determine who excels in their field, and who will be promoted.

PROS: The software is simple and very easy to use. Our employees were able to operate the system in no time. They easily learned how to handle both the staff as well as admin roles.

CONS: You need to be very careful when transferring the sick leave to payroll to ensure accuracy. Further internal control steps are also needed for its validation.

PROS: Using Quinyx has saved us a considerable amount of time. Scheduling has never been easy and fast since we incorporated Quinyx into our system. The automation makes the data immediately on hand. If before we use to spend a considerable amount of time in scheduling for employees in just one shop, now we can do it in a lesser amount of time in all shops. And, because scheduling is efficient, it also makes for efficient payroll processing. And, if you hit any glitch, it is easily resolved with reliable customer support for Quinyx.

CONS: Being a firm that has a lot of requirements, incorporating Quinyx into our system took a long time. Also, the software sometimes lags, which is understandable considering that it is web-based.

PROS: Our staff loves the system! We never had difficulties learning and using the product. The mobile app is also very user-friendly. There’s no need to undergo training just to learn how the app functions. Aside from that, we had a great time working with the Quinyx team who helped us implement the system.

CONS: At the start, you may find the back end for admin quite complex. But it does have everything required to set up the system correctly.

PROS: With this platform, we don’t have to use multiple systems to handle scheduling, budgeting, linking timestamps, forecasting and even getting task reminders anymore. Quinyx alone can already handle everything. And since this platform abides by the rules and regulations of various countries, you can be sure that you remain compliant.

CONS: The loading speed of the software is a bit slow, though sometimes it’s because of the internet connection. Still, it would be nice if they’ll improve it.

PROS: Aside from the scheduling feature which is very useful, another feature that we appreciate very much about Quinyx is Budget Management. With this tool, it makes it easy for us to balance our expenses and profit allowing us to get the most out of our budget without sacrificing the quality of the product and service that we offer.

CONS: No question that Quinyx is very user-friendly. However, being fully automated poses slight problems in the entries that you put into the system especially in the scheduling. It would be nice if the system would give out a warning for time punching going beyond 24 hours or automatic processing for shifts that are added manually especially when an employee's contract has expired. The system also freezes every now and then and it is a bit of a hassle to log out then log in before you can see the entry you made in the proper setting.
